The food selections. This should be posted along with the cruise ad. It helps with meal planning since people are away from home on vacation. I wasn’t even sure food was offered when I was booking this. I had to call and ask. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our day. Narration was great and the nachos were delicious.

Wry nice afternoon on the water. No whales, but we did experience an amazing pod of dolphins! A nursery pod with so many babies! Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks for all of the knowledge about not just the sea, but all of the landmasses, too! We were in the tour with a group of special needs adults and the staff treated them with the utmost respect. When people are kind to those in need, you know it’s a good company.

Excellent experience for my little kids

The guys helping us on the boat were very nice and trustworthy. My kids and I felt very comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. They were quick in getting us ready to go up, And anything we wanted to do they helped make it happen. First time parasailing for my kids and they all had a great experience. Would definitely do it again with this company.

Safe and enjoyable sailing

This was an excellent sailing experience. The marina is very close to the major hotels - we're staying at the Margaritaville hotel and we were able to walk to the marina, just over a mile. When we arrived, the meeting spot was clearly marked, we filled out our legal release form which was very quick and easy, and off we were headed north on the lake. The crew of two sailing professionals did an excellent job of making us feel safe and secure, which to me was a primary issue. As far as comfort, we work quickly seated in comfortable seats along the back of the boat, and we were offered beverages - some had wine or beer, they also had water available. This trip goes in whatever direction the wind blows for a maximized experience. We all enjoyed a lot of banter, albeit not a whole lot of information about the lake...we did learn about the lake depth and saw some landmarks. The real fun however was just enjoying being out on the lake. Overall, this was a great way to kick off our trip to Lake Tahoe.

True to their word!

It was very difficult to find the desk to sign in for the cruise. But after that, boarding the boat was smooth ( and I had a walker)! The ride was very choppy, the seas were rough. Several, including my hubby got seasick. But the staff was well prepared for all situations encountered. They were both kind and compassionate as well as professional. Unfortunately we didn’t see any whales, porpoises 🐬 or dolphins ☹️. Although the captain and staff kept looking for them. But to their credit, since they couldn’t find the aquatic life we came to see, they offered all of us a coupon to take the same excursion again free of charge in the future with no expiration date‼️I would have preferred a refund since I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in San Diego. I haven’t seen my coupon yet, but I’m sure I will, or perhaps I just don’t know where to look for it on my phone🤷🏻‍♀️.All in all, it is a well organized excursion with staff trying to orchestrate what was out of their control… choppy seas and no sightings. You also don’t have to get wet👏🏽👏🏽‼️I would definitely recommend this trip‼️

Unforgettable experience!

The naturalist gave very good and interesting explanations on sea creatures we saw. We saw humpback whales (even their feedings too!), two kinds of dolphins and sea lions as well. I thought the tour was 1.5 hr long but it took 3 hrs to get back to the harbor because THERE WERE SO MANY WHALES. The captain tried to let us see as many as qe could. My kids loved the experience. The ship is big enough to have a indoor area that my kids can go when it was too cold to be on the deck. I would definitely recommend this tour to other friends.

I loved Alcatraz tour. The audio tour was so informational. The park personnel was very nice and helpful. One of the part person who,, a gentleman towards the end of the tour was very friendly asking me where we were from and was able to tell me things about my town for memory even a movie about the town and acted out of skid in the movie. I loved it. The gift shop had great memorabilia and Adams to purchase. I definitely would go again.

Experience of a lifetime

This was an experience of a lifetime. Nacho was an amazing pilot. He taught us so much about the different types of crops in Napa Valley and he taught us about the ballon itself. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the Valley and a very experienced pilot. I would definitely recommend this ballon ride to anyone.

A lieutenant Dan and the storm kind of day!

We went out on a choppy ocean day. My son and I had a blast standing at the bow of the boat as we crashed head on into waves. Eventually we were told we were turning around due to the swells. Didn’t get to see any marine life, but we had a friggin blast anyways, and they gave us a ticket to return whenever for free. I highly recommend anyways! 🤗

The best experience!!

The best experience! We had a great time. I traveled with my spouse and our 10 year old daughter and we all loved it. Its a fun not to miss activity for both adults and children. We felt so upclose to marine life and the captain did a wonderful job narrating about the species of fish. From the moment we got on board to the moment we arrived back from sea we saw tons of fish! We were seated comfortably with big windows so got to see plenty!! Captain Brad was wonderful!
