The support attempted accommodations 3x without issue or attitude
I ended up having to deal with support, rescheduling several times because of weather first but then I was unable to work it in - over scheduling for one day because we had a tour that was going to overlap some. The support rescheduled, no issues. The last attempt was for 10am on Saturday and I wanted to try to do it but the more I considered it, the more I knew I would not make it back in time to return my car rental.

Courtney and Eerie were...
Courtney and Eerie were THE best guides! They made me feel safe and secure before the first Zip. After that it was smooth sailing! I even did the trust fall!! All the tricks they introduced at each jump was fun and helped pushed me out of my comfort zone! So much fun and will be back!

Had a lot of fun
It's quiet a bit of walking but it is completely worth it. Public paid parking only.
I had a really good time at both the aquarium and insectarium. The butterfly room was definition a unique experience. During my visit I was also able to both pet a ray and watch the penguins get fed.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing time. The bus driver, Cornell, kept us entertained on the drive out there. Our tour operator, Kevin, had been raised in the area and was able to share a lot of personal knowledge. He claimed to not have a lot of "book smarts" but he sure knew the swamp, the people, and the animals well. I liked that he respected preserving the area. He caught a grasshopper for us to see, and was very careful to make sure it made it to shore safely. I learned a lot more about water, swamps, bayous, etc. We saw several bird species, turtles, raccoons, and a LOT of alligators of varying sizes. It was one of my favorite things we did.

Time Well Spent
Dennis did an Awesome Job!
He's a Wealth of Knowledge of The Untold Story of the Black Experience in NOLA. We even got to meet Dr Tate, one of the four little girls that were the first to Desegregate Public Schools in NOLA.
A True Pioneer!
Thanks Dennis, and keep Fghting the Good Fight!

Swampy Ride
Our tour guide, Adam, I believe, was very good. The boat is a pontoon style and was covered. We saw several gators that swam right up to the boat. We went in May which is supposed to be a good time to see them. Check-in was easy in the air-conditioned gift shop with bathrooms. There was also a bathroom at the deck where we waited for our boat number to be called. The only problem we had was with the directions they sent. You are told to turn in on Fleming Park Rd but that is a one-way street going out. Directions should say turn at Texas St. We had 3 people with us between 22 and 31 and they loved it. Great for all ages.

Gators Galore
This was a great way to spend a few hours. The gators were out and about, the Captain very knowledgeable and it was fun out in the open skimming from side to side. Learned how the Captains help Fish and Wildlife help control the preservation of the gators - fun for all

Josh is the best guide!
We had a wonderful time with Josh! Both fun and informative. It was a nice family adventure! Beautiful weather and good times with the gators. Sunscreen is a must. Don’t forget your thighs with sunscreen if you are wearing shorts! I recommend a long sleeve shirt, sunglasses hat with a tight chin strap or a baseball cap worn backwards.

Battle of New Orleans via Paddlewheeler Creole Queen
What a fantastic way to experience New Orleans from a different perspective! The ride along the Mississippi River is relaxing and scenic. We had great views of the city skyline, the passing ships, and the surrounding riverbanks while listening to our guide over a speaker system tell a bit of the history as we cruised down the Mississippi River.
One of the highlights is a stop at the site of the Battle of New Orleans where we attended an optional short educational session led by a park ranger, who shared information on the history of the area, including the significance of the Battle of New Orleans and life along the river during that time period. We had a great time—it’s a perfect mix of sightseeing, history, and laid-back enjoyment.

Party Time
This is a very fun party oriented tour and with luck, you will still get to see some gators! The boat has two speakers and will hook up to Bluetooth devices to cater the music to your party's taste. Bathroom is clutch since it's BYOB. Tour guide was great as well as the assistant.

Best birthday carriage ride Eva!
It was a fantastic experience. The tour guide was phenomenal! He had the best NOLA tour stories and connected well with our girl group! He was so pleasant and even took birthday pictures of me celebrating 50 years with my girlfriends & his horse after the tour!

Good way to get around the city
Great way to get a good overview of where things are, the guides give tons of interesting information of the different areas and are able to give directions and restaurant recommendations. If this is your first time in New Orleans, this is a great place to start!
