The support attempted accommodations 3x without issue or attitude
I ended up having to deal with support, rescheduling several times because of weather first but then I was unable to work it in - over scheduling for one day because we had a tour that was going to overlap some. The support rescheduled, no issues. The last attempt was for 10am on Saturday and I wanted to try to do it but the more I considered it, the more I knew I would not make it back in time to return my car rental.

Swap Tour - Fun Morning Activity
The pickup option at our hotel was so convenient, our driver was funny and a safe driver. The ride to the tour loading is over the bridge and took about 25 minutes.
There is a restroom and a gift shop (cold drinks/snacks) before you load up. We sat in the front (prime spot)!
No bugs, nice breeze, great wildlife sightings!!

Solo traveler
I had a blast! This swamp tour exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad I went. The boat captain i had (Captain Barry D.) was super funny and knowledgeable. The bus driver (Cornell) was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and had a few jokes a well. Pick up and drop off were smooth. One thing to note, you do not need to get off at the same place you got on at.

Courtney and Eerie were...
Courtney and Eerie were THE best guides! They made me feel safe and secure before the first Zip. After that it was smooth sailing! I even did the trust fall!! All the tricks they introduced at each jump was fun and helped pushed me out of my comfort zone! So much fun and will be back!

Worth the visit
I have visited several Aquariums and this is ranked in my tops. The insectaium was absolute fire! I would recommend this to anyone who loves nature. Both exhibits show case so much attention to detail we absolutely loved it. Recommend to set aside at least 3 hours.

Swampy Ride
Our tour guide, Adam, I believe, was very good. The boat is a pontoon style and was covered. We saw several gators that swam right up to the boat. We went in May which is supposed to be a good time to see them. Check-in was easy in the air-conditioned gift shop with bathrooms. There was also a bathroom at the deck where we waited for our boat number to be called. The only problem we had was with the directions they sent. You are told to turn in on Fleming Park Rd but that is a one-way street going out. Directions should say turn at Texas St. We had 3 people with us between 22 and 31 and they loved it. Great for all ages.

Gators Galore
This was a great way to spend a few hours. The gators were out and about, the Captain very knowledgeable and it was fun out in the open skimming from side to side. Learned how the Captains help Fish and Wildlife help control the preservation of the gators - fun for all

The exhibits are...
The exhibits are incredible. We highly recommend starting with the movie "Beyond All Boundaries." The only issue we had is that there was so much to see, it was almost overwhelming. We wish we could have had a second day. One can purchase a second day for another $15 and I think it would probably be worth it! There is just so much. It is an incredibly well thought-out and designed museum.

Enjoyable excursion
Such a fun time. Really appreciated that they picked me up at the hotel and we headed out to the swamp. My guide (whose name I sadly can't remember but who is in the picture I am posting) was a really good storyteller and was great getting us a chance to see lots of gators. I also really enjoyed being out on the water and moving at pretty high speeds in the airboat. Definitely was closer to alligators than I ever expected to be. Great way to spend the morning.

Josh is the best guide!
We had a wonderful time with Josh! Both fun and informative. It was a nice family adventure! Beautiful weather and good times with the gators. Sunscreen is a must. Don’t forget your thighs with sunscreen if you are wearing shorts! I recommend a long sleeve shirt, sunglasses hat with a tight chin strap or a baseball cap worn backwards.

Relaxing!
Great time! We lucked out on weather. Little windy and the inside portion of the boat was chilly. But overall great. The description says 1 hour at the Battlefield but it was more like 40ish minutes. Due to having to leave by a certain time and walking distances, it cuts into your time walking around. But amazing guide! Very informative and animated. Shared a detailed story of the horrors of Hurricane Katrina. From the destruction to the following celebrations months later, truly interesting.

Best birthday carriage ride Eva!
It was a fantastic experience. The tour guide was phenomenal! He had the best NOLA tour stories and connected well with our girl group! He was so pleasant and even took birthday pictures of me celebrating 50 years with my girlfriends & his horse after the tour!
