Tour Guide ruined my experience

The experience was awesome! It was a very rememberable day. Our guide was Gayle it started off really good but then she was just there not really guiding us. She did start off showing us how to set our phones for the best pictures and she took about three pictures for everyone in group(4). Then stated that she’s not getting paid to take pictures so she won’t take any and then proceeded to hide out for the rest of the ‘tour’. I use the word tour but we really just walked around on our own and took our own pictures. The horseshoe bend tour she sat in the vehicle while we were on our own. She never attempted to come out the car. We didn’t get the history of the horseshoe bend so I felt cheated a bit. I did enjoy the view and very happy I went but I won’t do it again with this particular guided tour company it wasn’t what I expected on a guided tour. A few times I thought she would leave us I didn’t really free too secure.

We had such a wonderful experience on the Verde Canyon Railroad! The entire ride was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. It was the perfect way to slow down, enjoy the incredible Arizona scenery, and spend quality time together. The staff was friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. If we could suggest one thing to make an already great experience even better, it would be to offer a Murder Mystery Train Ride! We think having a special murder mystery car where guests could enjoy the scenery while participating in an interactive mystery would be SO much fun and such a unique experience. We would absolutely come back for something like that! Overall, we had an amazing and calming experience and would definitely recommend the Verde Canyon Railroad.

Armando was an amazing guide—super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He showed us the best spots for photos and made the whole experience feel really special. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend this tour.

It was definitely a adventure! Beautiful views, perfect weather for swimming! Some of the kayaks and life jackets could be in better condition . Laura our tour guide was absolutely amazing , very nice , professional and patient not only for the kids but also for adults! It was so nice to spend time with her ! Scott was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, he explained everything in detail and made sure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and safe throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and friendly personality made the hot air balloon ride even more enjoyable. The views while cruising through the air were breathtaking and truly unforgettable. After landing, we were treated to a delicious breakfast and mimosas, which was the perfect way to end such an incredible morning. If you’re thinking about booking this experience, do it! What goes up sometimes comes down safe and sideways

As advertised, do look for the company’s email ,Viator is a little out of the look on correct information; location close but about 1/8 mile in opposite direction.The food is not from the advertised restaurant.A lot of Costco items ,but it was all their the set up ,transportation and crew were all there ,tough to hear driver in van ride ,but most likely didn’t miss much .Highly recommend the company,

Phenomenal Dark Sky Views

This was an amazing experience! The guides were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the astronomy and very accommodating. The event was simply stunning and there was a wide array of large telescopes. It was extremely dark with clear skies so the viewing was perfect. The guides had comfortable sacks (like bean bags) set up with blankets and binoculars for everyone. We went in October and it was quite cold so bundled up. We loved that they emailed us photos of the evening.

Alex our guide was great. Very knowledgeable about the trail also the local plants and animals as well. This is a must do activity. Don't miss the chance to come and ATV, UTV, or do one of there combo adventures. Their ride and shoot combo seems interesting. That will have to be my next adventure with them.
