Our guide, Keiji led us on the Tokyo Private Day Trip walking tour to many of the places we were told to see while in Tokyo including the Meiji Shrine and the Tokyo Tower. Keiji was very kind and shared a wealth of historic and background information at the different sites that we would not have known going on our own, That enhanced our understanding and enjoyment. We recommend this tour to those who would like to see these sites. Be forewarned that in addition to walking for hours, most locations involve going up and down a lot of stairs to get into and out of the sites, as well as the subway trains.

Our tour completely exceeded expectations. Moshe was our guide. He is amazing in every way-knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. He made the day perfect and provided us with a memory that will last a lifetime. We saw all of the beautiful sights of Tokyo and made a new friend. Thank you, Moshe! You’re the best! We would not hesitate to book this tour again.

Very interesting hearing so much history. Do not, however, go on a Monday as the local shops they say you will see are closed. That was disappointing, but recovered as we were here in April and got to see the Azeala festival at one of the many shrines we saw. Yoshida was a great tour guide showing us a few things we would never have seen on our own

This tour was absolutely perfect. Tsukiji Market can feel overwhelming on your own, but our guide made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. Everything was so well organized, and we got to try an incredible variety of food—every single bite was delicious. The guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. We learned so much while just enjoying ourselves, which is exactly what you want on a food tour. It was the perfect mix of amazing food, local insight, and great energy. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was a laugh riot! His english was also excellent. We really appreciated his blend of historical and cultural knowledge that took an already excellent tour one level deeper. He also customized the tour to our needs and interests on the fly. He also gave fantastic recommendations for meals, coffee, treats, etc. including one of the best lunches we had on our entire vacation.

We just completed a private Tokyo tour with Sherilyn (“Custom Highlights and Hidden Gems”), and it exceeded all expectations. In just 4 hours, she managed to give us a rich, well-paced experience that included multiple shrines, the iconic Shibuya Scramble Crossing, and even the Godzilla Information Map in Shinjuku—plus many other interesting stops along the way. Sherilyn was absolutely on a mission—in the best possible way. She maximized every minute, ensuring we not only saw a lot but also understood the history, culture, and context behind each location. It never felt rushed, just incredibly efficient and engaging. What really stood out was her communication and professionalism. She reached out via WhatsApp well before our arrival in Tokyo, making coordination easy and giving us confidence going into the tour. During the tour, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. We logged over 13,000 steps (per my Apple Watch), which says a lot about how much ground we covered—but it was worth every step. If you want a guide who will go above and beyond to give you a meaningful, high-value experience in a short amount of time, Sherilyn is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Yuki was an amazing tour guide for our last stop of the cruise in Tokyo. It was our first time visiting Tokyo, and we came at the perfect time to see the cherry blossoms. Even though it was raining, we still had such a great time exploring the city and using the subway to get around. I had a few specific things I wanted to find, including Onitsuka Tiger shoes and Pokémon cards, and Yuki was incredibly helpful. He knew exactly where to go and made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was also so kind and thoughtful that he even picked up Pokémon cards for us and gifted them to us, which made the day even more memorable. Yuki was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable navigating such a large city for the first time. One day in Tokyo is definitely not enough, and we would absolutely use Yuki again the next time we come back!

Jamu was our driver for this tour. Jamu took us everywhere we requested in Tokyo without any hesitation. He was very cheerful though out the day. He also made lot of recommendations with pictures/videos associated with that place for us to make decisions where we want to go. It’s like guided yet self directed tour, so do your homework where you want to go and what you want to see/do that day. They will make recommendations and you customize where you wanna go. Worth it to hit all highlights of Tokyo in 1 day.
