Disappointed and unhappy

They skipped a bunch of stops saying they r closed .. ! When u r aware of the timings of places then why didn’t the itinerary work that way ! And after we were promised 10 hours they ended our tour within 6 hours So we felt duped and weren’t satisfied with the experience

Good tour but needs more commentary during the drive

Our private driver was excellent. He bent over backwards to make us happy and comfortable. The only complaint that we have is that the website says that there would be commentary on the tour by the driver but none was made. One of the reasons that I booked this tour was to hear a little bit about Tokyo on our tour. My husband was disappointed as this was his first time to Japan and wanted to learn a little more about the country and city that we were in. Otherwise, this is a great way to see most of the tourist attractions in a day.

JUST A TAXI DRIVER

This is not a tour guided tour. It is just a taxi taking you around to sites. The driver does not take you into sites. You are dropped off curbside and left to figure out how to pay or find your way. Very clean car, kind person. Just NOT A TOUR GUIDE. Didn’t even know that imperial palace was closed on Mondays. I had to tell him that. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Quick visit to Tokyo

We only had one full day to see Tokyo and we saw an amazing amount of beautiful, interesting places on this tour. Our driver Muneeb arrived early, spoke excellent English, knew a lot about Japan and Tokyo and was a delightful person. He stayed in touch with me throughout the day via Whattsapp so we couldn't get lost during our visits. Would definitely recommend this tour.
