A nice day trip to a beautiful place
I highly recommend visiting Montserrat, it is beautiful, historic and a religious pilgrimage site. The tour left from the travel stand at the Barcelona Nord bus station. (This wasn’t really mentioned in the meet up instructions) but it made sense once we got there. It was a large bus of people with two tour guides and points of interest mentioned in several languages. Once at the site the group takes the train ride up to the compound up in the hills.
Our guide seemed a little disorganized as they tried to get the site to take us earlier, and then once denied we had to go back anyway. I’m not sure what benefit it was going to have, but we had plenty of free time to do everything there, hike, see the black Madonna, shop, enjoy the view and eat lunch.
We were happy and would recommend to others

Solo Traveler
As you would expect, there were a lot of people there. There are restaurants, gift, shops, and a small open air market with cheese, honey, and other things. I came on a tour bus from Barcelona. Our tour guide, Francisco, was very versed in the history surrounding Monserrat. Listen carefully for your meeting spots, because I couldn’t find anyone when I came out of the cathedral.
The Basilica is very grand. I went to see the boys choir sing, and one of the benefits of that was that the lights for the choir made the gilded frames around the art in the chancel and apse glisten. However, the music performance is very short. From start to finish it was 14 minutes, and part of that was speaking.
Since I could see it from the nave, I did not go up to see the Black Madonna. There was a continual line of people crossing in front of her above the apse which was interesting to watch.
Because walking is difficult for me and it was sunny and hot, I took the Saint Joan funicular up (buy your tickets at the station) and looked at the view, but I did not take any of the hikes. The rock formations were indeed incredible.I waited in order to be in the front car for the trip down. It was worth it.
This was my first Viator tour, and I feel like it was worth the expense. It helped that Francisco was personable and friendly.

This was a great tour !...
This was a great tour ! You see a lot of places but especially Finesterre and Muxia . It is a very long day but well worth it especially if you understand the significance of the Camino
and why so many pilgrims finish their Camino there . Our tour guide was David and he was great . The only negative is I felt we were rushed at Muxia. This is my second time doing this tour and David was a much better guide . Very informative and helpful. We went to the same place that was recommended for lunch and like before it was difficult to order our food . The staff was not particularly friendly, tho it was obvious they were overwhelmed.

Amazing trip with great guide
It was amazing trip!!! Guide Lorena was very fun and knowledgeable, she told nice stories about Barcelona and Montserrat, provided useful tips what to do during free time. We took the funicular and hiked our way back to Monserrat which had the most amazing views and was all downhill which made it easy for kids. Everyone enjoyed this experience to the fullest, highly recommend it! Totally worth it!

Great day trip from Madrid
This tour was very well organised. I went on Sunday and our guide Beatriz was very efficient in getting us into both the basilica in El Escorial and the Valley of the fallen. She got us in before the mass service started and we had a very comprehensive tour of both locations. Her English is good and the explanations were clear. The driver Paco drove very smoothly and the trip went really well. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Lluis was a great guide!
Great tour, full of history and lots of information shared by our guide Lluis. I was part of a mini group and really felt like a personalized tour. You can tell Lluis is passionate about the history of Spain and he shared with us lots of interesting facts about Tarragona, this city was the highlight of the tour! I recommend it!

Better than anticipated museum
Pleasantly surprising at how good the museum is. You want to go with a guide as there is no audio tour available. Lots of interesting items to see. Perhaps the favorite site of the many sites I toured in Barcelona area. Perhaps second only to Montaerrat abby.

Sagrada Familia
This was a beautiful cathedral and ornate architecture by Gaudi. It was so nice to be picked up at the hotel by our tour guide Alejandra and returned there. Alejandra was so good to answer all my questions and he spoke English pretty good. A great experience.

Well worth the trip!
This is a fantastic day trip from Seville! it is a LONG day but well worth heading out. Our first stop was a little town, Carmona, where we were able to get some coffee and do a very quick walk down the main street. We also had the opportunity to go into a beautiful church. Then we headed on to Cordoba. Our guide, Pia, was a delight!! She provided commentary on the road and was excellent on the walking tour of the town. Next, we broke for lunch. Some of the group opted to include lunch as part of the tour. For those that didn't, Pia provided several recommendations. The Mezquita was amazing! If you love history, this is the place to go. Although it was a bit crowded, our guide navigated the complex very efficiently and provided a wonderful experience!

Toledo - a Worthwhile Day Trip from Madrid!
Our family (two adults + two teenagers) had a fantastic day trip to Toledo! Our local guide - Beatrice - was full of great humor and insight regarding the history of Toledo, Spanish culture and more. Our driver - Guillermo - also navigated us safely to-and-from Toledo in a comfortable bus. I definitely think a day trip out to Toledo is a worthwhile excursion to couple with a stay in Madrid; Toledo is a beautiful historic city with much to absorb. This tour provided us with sufficient time to explore Toledo on our own, while also including time dedicated to Beatrice's exploration of specific sights with the group. The tour is in both Spanish and English, but we had no issue with that; Beatrice seemed to navigate both languages with considerable ease.

Fantastic tour undrr rainy conditions.
It was the absolutely great trip! Weather was particularly nasty, poring rain and wind. I was 5 minutes late , which it highly unusual for me, BUT ... I had the most wonderful( and forgiving) travel team and the most important -the great, great guide/driver Stefan!
He was very knowledgeable, great driving skills, great story teller and just a fantastic guide. Trip was very enjoyable, informative and just a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Stefan as a tourguide, he is a great person and a very good guide. Thank you for such enojable time in Bilbao!!!

Barcelona and Monsterrat
This was an amazing tour. It takes you out of the hustle and bustle of beautiful Barcelona and shows you more of the actual country. Hugo was extremely knowledgeable and a 100% Catalan. We had a bad storm roll in and he worked around it to make the best of it, despite the storm. He showed and told us things about Barcelona that were very interesting. Monsterrat is a must see. Família Sagrada is also a must do.
