Explore Teide National Park with a professional guide on this small-group tour. Picked up at 9 and were a group of 8. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We travelled up Mount Teide stopping regularly at points of interest and great views. The trip was great and enhanced by the personal experience. Our driver spoke multiple languages enabling everybody to have a great day. We were back at our hotel by 1:00. I would recommend this trip for couples as well as families as we had a lovely day.

This a five hour tour and went all around sights near El Teide as expected. They used 2 vans for our English tour and we were in one with only Spanish driver. We were directed to the wrong pick up spot and wanted over 20 mins to find the driver. Then he drove like a racer up the narrow mountain roads, passing cars as he went.

This trip was amazing and not to be missed. It was so good to see more of the area and get out to explore a little more. Lovely little surprises too which are worth seeing. Ozzie was so informative and interesting to listen to.
This was a great way to end our holiday.

This was perfect for family with small kids. Car seats provided, lots of space in car, lots of stops to take pictures and break up the journey and the stop at Vilaflor has a playpark! 4 hours total so can do something else in afternoon and kids not bored! Ozzi was great good with kids and lot of info.

A fantastic trip. Ozzie was a very knowledgeable guide who gave us a very interesting trip in the National park. Our two children enjoyed finding out about the volcanoes and spotting geckos. Just long enough to maintain their attention. Time in most stops was just right, but we would've liked 30 minutes in Vilaflor rather than 15 minutes because it was so beautiful. The lovely lady in the pastry shop kept us tasting pastries and wine and we didn't have a time to fully appreciate the village. Throughly recommend at an affordable price for a small group tour. Thank you Ozzie.

Ozzy's tour to Teide Natural Park was an absolute delight! His extensive knowledge of the area's volcanic rocks and history truly enriched our experience. Not only is he multilingual, but his sense of humor made the journey even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was Ozzy's calm demeanor and eagerness to share valuable tips about Tenerife. Although we didn't attend Ozzy's star gazing tour, his vivid description of it piqued our interest, demonstrating his profound knowledge of geological subjects. His enthusiasm for sharing such fascinating insights convinced us that it's a must-try experience for our next visit to Tenerife. We completed this tour when we visited Tenerife in May. Having never been before, we wanted to explore as much of the island as possible and we felt this tour was a great start to our holiday. We were in a small, comfortable, air conditioned vehicle, with a mixture of different travellers. Our tour guide was lovely - clearly very knowledgeable and made us all feel welcome. We stopped during our journey up to Teide at a small village, where we were able to visit a local shop for drinks and ice cream if we wanted before heading up and stopping at various points, where our guide filled us in on some of the history of the area and gave us chance to take some stunning photos. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone!

Amazing trip! Confortable car, best driver et guide, we received a lot of informations all along the road, multiple interesting stops that a bus cannot do. The guide speaks many languages, he is friendly and kind person, has a lot of knowledges about Tenerife. We spend a beautiful day, the landscapes around Teide are just amazing, first time seeing a volcano crater, a must to do in Tenerife!

Brilliant trip! Ozzie was a great tour guide and the trip had great stops for amazing views. I highly recommend this trip, and wish we had time to do other trips with him. Sadly we return to the UK tomorrow.

Our guide,Ozzie, was very knowledgeable. .Can recommend the small group tour as this gives a far nicer and unique experience. We only found that we did not have enough time to visit the museum at Roques de García.

Although we had a confirmed booking to be collected and dropped off at our hotel the guide, Ozzie, contacted us the night before asking us to make our way to a meeting point due to traffic. He said taxi would be £10 euros. Happy to accommodate at first, less so when we found taxi was 25 euros. The trip to Mt Teide itself was really enjoyable and Ozzie was a pleasant guide. After he had dropped off the other travellers we expected him to take us to our hotel but he refused, because he had another booking. He made his problem our problem and offered no apology. Not a man to do business with. There’s lots of choice for this trip. We paid another 25 euros to return to our hotel. We complained to Viator who gave us a 50 euros refund. That’s what I call good customer service.

Your booking was confirmed but your hotel and area is not listed for pickup. I called and explained that you may join us if you could come to a meeting point. If not, you were informed you could cancel if you wish as it's up to you.
Obviously your area is much further and it's around 10€ for the taxi aprox. If you paid more that's not our fault and it seems that the taxi driver took advantage of the situation and over charged you.
You were very clearly explained you will not be picked up nor dropped off. After the tour finished you tried pushing it to drop you off at your hotel. This is an excursion and not a taxi service to pick people up and drop off at any place they stay at. I Ozzi even offered you money to get you back with a taxi and you refused. I said you'll get a partial refund through Viator which you did get and you still saying it's not what you expected and spoiled by pickup and drop off arrangements. I believe your review is unfair and doesn't make any sense.
No exceptions will be made to pickup anyone from an area which is not listed. It's very clearly mentioned in the list of pick up and drop off. People like yourself should respect our work and not trying to take advantage of been polite and professional in what I do.

Philip was an excellent guide. The right balance between telling something or letting you enjoy the views. You could feel his passion about all the different things he talked about. The trip struck the right balance between stops and travel time.

Florian was really knowledgeable and shared many stories and insights with us. We had a great time seeing the volcano and learning about the history of the island. Florian was also able to explain everything in both French and English, and mastered three other languages (Dutch, German and Spanish)

Cette sortie d’une demi journée était magique . Mon fils et moi avons eu l’impression de visiter une autre planète . Les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Le parc du Teide est sensationnel. Filip le guide fait parfaitement bien son travail . Il nous a donné énormément d’informations tout au long de l’excursion . Nous avons fait de nombreux arrêts a de magnifiques points de vue . Nous avons fait également un stop dans un café , j’ai découvert grâce à Filip El barraquito un café local délicieux et nous avons également goûter de succulentes douceurs artisanales . Je vous recommande cette visite et surtout ce guide passionné !
