Amazing day traveling to Porto with incredible stops

There could be no better way to get from Lisbon to Porto! We had an incredible day visiting Obidos, Nazere and Aviero. Our guide and driver Tiago made our experience so nice - easy and efficient drop offs with recommendations and truly special moments like driving us all the way down to the lighthouse in Nazere to watch the surfers on the giant waves. He took us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch and was so kind and friendly all day, leaving us with a great list of recommendations for things to see in Porto after taking extra care to make sure we got to our rental okay. If you are wanting to get from Lisbon to Porto on your travels, this is definitely the way to do it!

Perfect Day Trip Guide!

Miguel couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! He’s very knowledgeable and made our day trip to Sintra amazing! Highly recommend using his service because it makes the trip stress-free and enjoyable! He is able to drive to places we’d otherwise would’ve had to walk, making the trip way less physical than anticipated. I wouldn’t recommend doing a day trip to Sintra without a guide (and suggest Miguel for the best!) He even added great recommendations for restaurants on our return to Lisbon! Amazing experience overall!!

Perfect Way to Explore Cascais and Sintra as a Group

Private tour - Fabulous way to explore Porto.

Because of a dock workers strike our scheduled stop in Porto on our cruise was canceled. Unlike others on our cruise, we had a lot of time in Lisbon (using it as our home base) to explore outside Lisboa. With a few adjustments and searches online I decided to add a full day private tour from Lisbon to Porto. We wanted to enjoy quality time in Porto, not just a quick stop. We are so glad that we found Duca. What a top notch way to travel. Our assigned driver, Filipe was full of knowledge and pride for Portugal and of course Porto. We learned so much about Porto, way beyond its association with Port wine. We were together for 14 hours and saw much of Porto and Gaia, as we learned the roles each of those cities play in Port production. We ate a traditional lunch in one of Filipe’s favorite traditional restaurants. And we walked and walked. It was so thorough and enjoyable. Thank you!
