The Pantheon was one of...
The Pantheon was one of my must do things! Our guide delivered and made it totally worth it! So glad to choose this trip! Auturo was fantastic in that he really knew his history and was able to make it relatable and relevant to now. Thank you!

Not Bad
Instructions are a little confusing and headsets aren’t great but compared to our other tour today, which was hideous, this was fine. We thought the stories in the audio were okay. The Pantheon was great.

So good! Great to learn...
So good! Great to learn the history of the pantheon and learn about such a cool building. Going there without the tour would just be like looking at walls unaware of the stories and meaning of it

Great tour with Pamela
A good deal of walking involved but not too bad as most paths were shaded and mostly flat. Our guide Pamela was very informative and was great at keeping all of us together. Stops in the shade along the way to discuss the current and next stop was very good. Water at the Pantheon was the best and coldest.

Great Value for a Self-Guided Visit
This was a great budget-friendly option for visiting the Pantheon. Although I expected the skip-the-line experience selected and still had to wait in line, the self-guided audio tour was easy to use and let me explore at my own pace. While a live guide can provide more context and answer questions, I felt I received exactly what I paid for. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a flexible, affordable way to experience the Pantheon.

It’s so worth going inside!
Our guide was fantastic and so passionate about its history. The inside of the pantheon is literally so fascinating with the eye and the sundial effect it has to tell time. It was really cool to learn about (I knew literally nothing before the tour).
Keep in mind the actual site itself, has LOTs of people inside. So just be mindful if you struggle in the heat and stay hydrated.

Wow. Just wow!
Paulo was GREAT.
It is no exaggeration to say that the Pantheon blew our minds!
The skip-the-line was so worthwhile.
It makes a huge difference to have a guide to give you insights

Highly recommended
Very historically informed tour of a priceless Roman edifice. It's amazing how well preserved the historic pantheon is.

The Best Way to Experience the Pantheon
We had a wonderful experience on this skip-the-line Pantheon tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating history and details that brought the Pantheon to life. The skip-the-line access was well worth it and saved us a lot of time, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The guide also did a great job keeping the group organized and answering questions. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to truly appreciate one of Rome's most iconic landmarks!

When to visit

Book a bus tour or take a cool walking night tour around the illuminated fountains and buildings to avoid the worst of Rome's heat.
Bring your appetite on food tours of Rome's historical center that pass the Pantheon.
As the Pantheon is an active religious building, flash photography and loud conversations are discouraged.
The Pantheon is free to visit and open every day.
