It was an excellent variety of things to see. Even though it was a long day, it didn't feel like a long day. It gave a great sample of each place so that if we wanted to revisit any of the spots we knew where we would want to go back to on our own. The driver, Sindri was informative and entertaining and accommodating. We really enjoyed the day.

Honest Opinion

This was such an amazing experience! The van pickup can be a little confusing at first, but just look for the company name on the vehicle. I was waiting around 9:10 a.m. when they arrived. Our tour guide was fantastic! She shared so much interesting information about Iceland, and I learned a lot throughout the trip. She also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and clothing stores. Make sure to bring warm and water repellent clothes. I would also consider a bringing a towel. If you’re thinking about booking a tour in Iceland, I highly recommend this one!

Excellent Golden Circle tour

Excellent tour. Our driver and guide, Indra, did an amazing job of identifying the sites and geological significance of these places. He also talked about the people and lifestyle along with relevant comparisons to other countries. The pickup location was less than a 10 minute walk from our hotel at a well marked location and our bus arrived on time. Overall, this was a very enjoyable all day tour worth recommending.

An Absolute Must Do in Iceland!

This is a MUST DO! Ease of operation with transfers from a nearby bus stop and convenient return trip. Sky Lagoon is a picturesque slice of heaven that you have to experience. The lagoon overlooks the water surrounded by rock walls with a moss covered roof for the 7-step ritual. The sauna inside is the most beautiful one that I have ever seen. The staff direct you through each step of the ritual and then you return to the lagoon for a drink or more time to spend in the warm water. This was an absolute trip highlight and a truly amazing experience!

Relaxing Day at the Lagoon

This was a great relaxing experience. I would definitely book the Ser experience, with private dressing room/shower. I liked booking through Viator since it made it so easy to edit my time. Would recommend. I did prefer the Blue Lagoon over the Sky Lagoon, but the views and the ritual definitely made this a unique experience.

Fantastic Tour!

We did the tour our first day after landing in Iceland. We loved our guide, Bonnie! She made the tour a lot of fun, provided us useful information, and a lot of laughs. All of the restaurants were delicious. We felt like we got a good taste of the wonderful food scene in Reykjavik. Highly recommend the tour!

Great short tour

Our tour guide provided excellent information about Icelandic history, culture and language, which we really appreciated. The actual tour stops might have been a bit too short but we were able to see everything on the tour and understood that we were on the abbreviated one. Great way to see parts of Iceland when you do not have much time!

Easy meeting point...

Easy meeting point location, close to the concert hall with plenty of restaurants around if you want to eat before or after the tour. The boat was nice and had two indoor decks and two outdoor decks. They provide the best coveralls, so warm and waterproof (it was raining when we went) I was sad to take it off at the end! There is not much to eat on the boat so definitely eat before (we took the 1pm tour). There are alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the views were wonderful. We did see a whale close to the end when we were heading back. It’s definitely worth doing, any glimpse of a whale is amazing.

This was a very well...

This was a very well planned tour. Easy pickup and drop off, the guide was knowledgeable, the destinations amazing and we never felt rushed at any of the stops. I highly recommend this tour. We stopped at a great place to buy lunch mid day. Ending with the Blue Lagoon was perfect to wind down after all the sight seeing. You get a towel, mask and non alcoholic drink. The lockers were well organized and large to fit a backpack, clothes and shoes. Showers were warm and private and all the floors were smooth so no need for flip flops.

The pick up was extra...

The pick up was extra busy as there were multiple buses picking up in the same location so you will need to be patient. Most of the buses had the tour name on the front which was very helpful. Our tour guide was Dooley who is from Iceland and had wonderful stories not just about the history of Iceland but about his family and his childhood which really brought the area to life. The tour is very fast pace but you see so much in a short amount of time. You still have time to enjoy the scenery. Dooley also stopped at a couple extra spots which enriched the experience. He also really enjoyed the experience which helped us enjoy it more. I would definitely recommend this tour and the tour guide Dooley.

Love this excursion!

I loved this experience! The instructors were amazing and made us feel safe the whole experience. It was really cool to get to do this and I thought that it was well worth the money for the experience. Instructions were clear for meet up/throughout the excursion. Pro tip: wear thing base layers underneath clothes so the wetsuit can go over and you can stay warm. Pictures were taken by the instructor if you wanted some for extra cost but I was able to bring my Gopro and take some of my own! Would recommend!!
