Awesome adventure in El Yunque

So much fun - definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Traveled to El Yunque with my boys (ages 11&13). Transport from San Juan to rainforest in school bus (bumpy ride but it was fine!) Once there we split up into smaller groups and our guide, Gian, was knowledgeable and kept us safe while allowing us to really push our boundaries! It’s about a 30-45 minute hike to the waterfall where you can go down the rock slide, jump from a 20-foot cliff and rope swing. Water was beautiful - so fresh and clear. Hike was definitely not for the inexperienced - you are climbing, walking over wet rocks, going up. Solid shoes (sneakers or water shoes) really a must to feel comfortable that you won’t fall. If you’re seeking adventure, this is great! Stopped for food on the way home and n hindsight I would’ve skipped eating. It was not the greatest food - slim in options and somewhat pricey for what you got. But it didn’t change our view of the overall trip! Note - this is definitely a trip to the waterfall with a hike to get there. It’s not a full exploration of the rainforest with lots of information about the place. So if you are looking to hike and see the rainforest, this may not be the best option. But if you’re seeking some fun and adventure that happens to be in rainforest, do this!!

I had an absolutely amazing time at the mixology class! Esther created such a fun, welcoming, and upscale experience from start to finish. She took her time explaining each step with so much patience and detail, making it both easy to follow and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it truly shows. I walked away not only having fun but actually learning something new. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and well-curated experience!

Extremely glad I booked this trip! It was seamless - from the transportation on the nice bus from Condado to the wonderful staff on the Spread Eagle. I cannot even begin to...

I cannot even begin to state how amazing Edwin was and the team that works with this group. I had so many questions they were responsive , and responded immediately to all my questions. Edwin was amazing for the moment he opened the bus doors He had so much information taught myself and my kids so much my kids had a blast. I traveled with two 11-year-old's a 10-year-old and a six-year-old and he was attentive to them every moment of the trip. He made sure that they had fun and were safe at the entire time. He even went out of his way to get some great photo opportunities even the crazy request. My kids had he did it with a great attitude to smile and was 100% energetic and engaging.

This trip was one of the highlights of our vacation! The crew were definitely the highlight of the entire thing. Yes, the beach and the snorkeling were amazing, but the attention to detail and care, quick wit and humor, and hosting of the crew made the trip what is was - memorable! They made my child and I feel safe, provided clean equipment and clear instructions. My daughter was scared of the snorkeling and they encouraged her to try again, but didn't make her feel bad when she decided to just swim around. The food was delicious and the drinks were plenty. We were able to focus on fun and relaxation because the crew created an atmosphere that allows you to let your guard down.

It was AMAZING we had so much fun the crew was SUPER SUPER friendly, FUNNY ATTENTIVE AND LOVING! Would ABSOLUTELY return!!! My FAVORITE part of the crew was watching Mike Best KNOWN AS MOWY, get in the water and snorkel w us, once we finished I watched him get back in the boat and WASH his BEURIFULLLLL long hair with Fresh water from a hoes with Baby Shampoo, the continue to brush his longggggg hair, then proceeded to put on his perfume LMAOOOO I LOVEDDDDDD ABSOLUTELY LOVED the vibes I PROMISE your experience will SURPASS your expectations, DEEEEEEZZZZZZ was amazing and so sweet and Diego you a real on lmaooooo I’m not sure it you can request this same crew but if you can, you MUST!!!!

Do This!!! You won’t regret it

Generally a great experience - the ONLY thing that could have made it better would have been if we could have chosen our seats or if seats came first come first serve upon check in. It seems they have to arrange their own seating chart which could wind you up in a seat that predominantly looks at one side of San Juan or another. That being said - everything was awesome. Our server Alanna was great - although the whole team worked together to make sure everybody was attended to. Food was great! Experience was even better. Highly recommend this unique experience!

You won’t regret this trip! Me & my husband had a BLAST! The captain and crew were so kind, knowledgeable and hospitable! The booking includes unlimited drinks, lunch and fruit. The island was beautiful & relaxing and even though there were 50 people on our trip the boat never felt over crowded. There were kids on the trip who had fun too& I will definitely bring my son next time. WHEN (not if) we come back to PR we will book this trip again! 100% recommend!

Fantastic Day!

This tour was probably the best part of our trip! We picked this primarily for the sea turtle portion and it did not dissapoint! Natalia was our primary guide for the trip and lead the snorkeling which was awesome. I bought a waterproof cover for my phone so was lucky enough to get some great pictures- but the tour group also took some and sent them to us. ***A WARNING TO PARENTS***- the age range is 6+ for this excursion, the swim is a bit long (we were up against the current for the first part) and my 6 year old struggled and I would consider her a relatively stronger swimmer. The guides were great, patient and helpful- but if your kid is still in the early stages of learning, this is probably NOT the tour to do. My 8 year old did fine. The rest of the day at Flamenco Beach was also great, the views and the water are insanely beautiful. You can rent umbrellas/chairs- we did the "combo" which was 2 loungers and an umbrella. I read that some people had some issues with the Ferry, we did not experience any of that, they kept us right on schedule and no issues. I would recommend this to anyone going to PR on vacation!

If you’re on a cruise

This experience was fantastic. I was with 3 17 year old boys for their spring break. I booked this outside of our cruise as an excursion. Things I wish I had known: 1. This is not close to the ports. 40 min drive one way. We couldn’t get off our ship until 11 and came rolling in hot. 2. I’d recommend pre scheduling an uber. Our driver also agreed to come pick us up after. If he had not I don’t know what I would have done. The location isn’t terribly easy to find and requesting a driver that far away from port is dicey. Pre arrange on both sides. 3. They don’t take Amex and you have to have a credit card handy when you check in. Yes even if you prepaid. You have to physically have the card w you. They won’t budge. Thank God one of the boys had his debit card w a visa logo on it. 4. It is dusty beyond belief. Bring ski goggles and something to cover your nose and mouth. Again, we really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend. Just sharing some helpful tips

What beautiful views and snorkeling! Clearest waters and bright sun. Oooooh this trip was worth every penny and I hope you don’t pass this one up. It was so worth it! Crew were great and music was also good. We have some beautiful memories and photos to last a lifetime! I would definitely do this trip again when we come back to Puerto Rico. Lolo was our guide and he did a really good job. He taught us all the basics of snorkeling and guided through many different spots - we got to see ruins, coral, fish, and turtles. It was a really cool experience and he made sure to check on us the whole time to ensure we were having fun.
