Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

The experience was great. It was a great value. The guide was informative and stayed on schedule. You will have a steady pace throughout the day. During the tour, I got a bit hot, and the tour guide got me some much-needed cold water. I highly recommend this tour. It provides views and a stop in the city, water fun in the rainforest, and time on the beach near restaurants. This was a great, fun-filled day!!

The tour driver picked us up 30min after time expected the tour was rushed, the riding on the tour bus was terrible , we didn’t enjoy the rain forest , he rushed the group we didn’t even do everything there . Didn’t get the full experience

Ask for Jorge and ralphie best time ever they kept it fun and exciting the whole 10 out of 10 as tour guides Wish the trip to El yunqe was a little longer and a little more in depth but the rock slides and swim hole was fun

The tour was amazing my daughter and I learned a lot about our culture that we didn't even know about. The tour guide was amazing and the driver was great as well.we Loved this tour and would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Positives: Gabe and Rafi were amazing guides. They took pics and vids of us and were very friendly. Bad Bunny was playing the whole way.
Negatives: we didn’t start at 8am. They texted at 8am to let us know they were late. I didn’t get logistics until last minute.

It wasn't a great experience. We were picked up approximately 35 miles late and then spent about 2.5-3 hours on the bus picking other people up. Definitely wasn't all it was cracked up to be and not worth it.

This was a great tour especially for first time visitors to PR. The rainforest part was a little challenging but fun! We ended the day at the beach which was really nice.

Great intro to Puerto Rico. Just remember this is a hop on hop off tour so don’t expect to spend a ton of time in some areas. There was a lady in our tour that expected to go into El Moro. The highlight really is El Yunque. Listen ti the guides and bring socks (you wear ONLY socks if you do the slides) unless you have expensive water shoes because it is very slippery. And I brought an extra pair to change i to when we got done. Luquillo was nice too but I was alone so I couldn’t really go to the beach since nobody would be with me to watch my stuff. Don’t be like me though and be indecisive about where to eat as I used up all 2 hours looking round and souvenir shopping.

We booked the 3 Tours in One Day activity through Viator for our trip in July to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The trip include transportation where a bus would pick us up at our hotel and return us after the activities. Our Guide, Gabriel, and the bus driver Rafy were very entertaining and made the trip really fun.
Our first stop was Old Town San Juan where we stopped to see El Morro. Gabriel provided background about the various sites we would see throughout the day. Next, the bus stopped at the Puerto Rico Capitol Building where we could get out and take pictures. For contrast, our next stop took us to one of the most up to date areas of San Juan. The T-Mobile/Distrito area by the marina. There is a huge movie theater/conference/event center at this location. We took pictures and went to the restroom at this stop.
Off to the El Yunque Rainforest. Our next stop took us to the rainforest where we hiked a short distance to a stream with a rock water slide. Our guide reminded us before the tour to be sure to wear socks during this part. Since we have to take our shoes off, the socks provide grip on the slippery rocks. Be sure to bring a second pair to wear after getting out of the stream and putting your shoes on! The rockslide was fun for those who chose to participate.
To the Beach! After leaving the rainforest we headed to the beach at Luquillo. At this stop, we could select from various food vendors and souvenir shops. We had two hours at this location - enough time to eat, shop and visit the beach. We had chicken mofongo at Terruno Comida Artesanal, enjoyed the food and the price was reasonable. We boarded the bus at 3:30 pm for the trip back to our hotel.
The family agreed this was one of the best activities we have ever been on - this includes other Caribbean islands, Hawaii, etc. I would definitely recommend this tour activity - well worth the price! Thank you for the adventure Gabriel and Rafy!!!

Gab and RAF were very nice and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bus was smelly. The lifejackets were dirty. And the seatbelts smelled so bad.

The Old San Juan portion is very brief and lacks real historical depth. But you do get a glance of historical landmarks; just don’t count on spending time there.
The rainforest is challenging but beautiful. Fortunately my guide was very helpful and supportive for those of us who found it more difficult. And he prioritized safety. I don’t think it’s all that hard—unless you’re out of shape like me. No bugs or mosquitoes. The rock slide is for the brave, but several in our group tried it!
FYI: I texted and called a few times to get instructions on logistics and never heard back. You can change into swimsuits at the fruit stand, but the bathroom is not great. I got into the river in my shorts and t-shirt and dried quickly.
The beach is really pretty and there are many, many options for food and drinks while hanging out for a couple hours.
A very full and eventful day. Go to old San Juan on your own time if you truly want to explore it.

This excursion is was a fun experience! I learned a lot about Puerto Rico at our first stop in old San Juan! Our second stop In El Yunque was a short hike to a big slide and a small slide, this part of the excursion is not for older people that may have balance issues or not in shape the hike is a small one but it’s still has a lot of small rocks and you have to climb a couple of sections. The third part of the trip was the beach which was a public beach so it was a little packed but the problem we had was we didn’t bring a bunch of beach equipment due to the fact that we are on an excursion.

You will be tired. It’s a long day. Walking through the rainforest in a physical activity. However, you get to see many parts of San Juan. Hopefully, you don’t sit in the back of the bus because it is a bumpy ride. Our tour guides Jasmine and Rafi were awesome.

This three part tour was very fun and high energy. You get to learn an introductory Preview of different parts of Puerto Rico. It’s a great option to do a rainforest tour and a beach excursion and learn a little bit of history about Puerto Rico. Our tour girl Jasmine was amazing. Raffi the driver was also amazing. They both were fun, knowledgeable, very patient and helpful throughout the trip. They really made sure that we were all safe and we had a great time. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience multiple parts of Puerto Rico in one day. Our tour guides, Jasmine and Rafy, were excellent!! Both keen on safety of each guest and very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They maintained a full day itinerary with a large group of people and not once did we feel rushed! By the end of the day, each person in our group of 30 got to know one another which gave the trip a comforting and welcoming atmosphere.
For $75, cannot go wrong, especially when transport is included!

The tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. The three stops were just perfect to see a lot of Puerto Rico. Our favorite part was the rainforest experience. Jasmin and the driver Raffi were great! I would request Jasmin again as a tour guide. They took very good care of us! Jasmin was on top of entertainment, safety and informing us on the history of Puerto Rico! The setup of this tour is unmatched!

Best 3 in 1 tour ! Our Tour Guide was Jorge and he made our day fun, well paced and he and
our driver Rafa, were accommodating, processional & full of knowledge. The bus ride to el Yunke was
a party bus. He played music and made it easy for everyone to engage. The hike was short but challenging. He made us feel safe but the key factor is to listen to their instructions. Definitely recommend. Ended the day with a delicious authentic Puerto Rican food at a restaurant they recommended. Overall an amazing day
