Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

Our guide, Jorge, provided exemplary customer service. He was patient, kind, sincere, knowledgeable, nimble, and genuinely helpful. He was flexible when a traffic accident caused us to change our route unexpectedly, and accommodated the many requests the group made throughout the day. He shared information about different sites and a bit of history in the morning, was quick to help us through the trails to the waterslides, made sure we stayed safe along the way, and provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. He went above and beyond to offer suggestions for a phenomenal experience and was gentle and encouraging to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable at the rainforest. He ensured we had a good time on the drive and made the day really fun. We got to see, do, and learn a lot. If you’re looking for a combination of unique experiences, I’d recommend this tour. And I definitely recommend Jorge!

Be prepared for the walking in the forest. Gabriel was such a great tour instructor, very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable, attentive to all his passengers, he's entertaining definitely recommend touring with him

It was a fun excursion, high energy guides and very informative! Ask where to find showers at the Luquillos beach to rinse off. Wear comfortable clothes u don’t mind being wet in and shoes u don’t mind wearing out, but other than that, it was hands down a good trip. And wear socks!!!

Book it! You will have the best time. Jorge was so much fun and entertaining. We loved exploring Old San Juan, the rainforest, and the beach with such a fun group. We enjoyed every minute!

Jorge and Raffi we're just wonderful tour guides I can't say enough about both of them. There's many good things I can say. They were very interactive knowledgeable and great personalities. They both seem to enjoy their jobs very much. A special thanks to Jorge. I am 70 years old and I had an awful time trying to walk in EL Yunque. He stayed by and helped me even though it delayed the tour a little. He helped me feel secure. My only suggestion about this tour is to let people especially of my age know that this is a very difficult activity. The tour through Old San Juan was very interesting learning about the history and so much of it. Lastly the beach was spectacular. Enough time to eat and swim. I have been on many excursions throughout the Caribbean. This is absolutely the best one I have ever been on.

You get to see 3 beautiful areas of a PR for the right price. The tour guides Corrales and Raffi were great. They knew what they were talking about. They also made it fun. They were funny at times and they made us feel comfortable.

The booking process was easy, and the pickup was seamless; however, the condition of the bus was less than desirable. The bus was dirty, the AC did not work, and the entrance door would randomly open or get stuck closed. The life jackets we were expected to use were also sprawled across the ground.
That leads me to the condition of the life jackets. They were dirty and smelled really bad. Several people, including myself, were apprehensive about putting them on our bare skin.
The tour of Old San Juan was nothing more than a quick pass-through, and the “refreshing stop” was everything but refreshing.
The best part of the tour was our guide, Hector. He made the most of what he had to work with, including having to scream so everyone could hear him because the microphone did not work. Hector is the main reason for the 3-star rating.
Overall, I would not recommend this tour.

This is a great experience. It is very insightful of San Juan San Juan the culture of the environment the surroundings rainforest trip great enjoyed walking through the rainforest Cliff, jumping water, sliding learning about the different plants out there as well as seeing a few lizards. The beach was fun as well, but the best part was our instructor. He was very knowledgeable. He kept it entertaining. He stayed engaged answered every question that was asked make sure everybody was hydrated. Everybody was safe, provided proper instructions to ensure safety as well.

Stop reading the 5 star reviews and BOOK THIS TOUR FAST! This was my first time in Puerto Rico and I had so much fun! This was the first tour I went on the day after I landed and I will say this tour influenced me to definitely come back in the future! First, Jorge was an amazing tour guide! He was energetic, kind, accommodating, funny and helpful. I was running late to my pick up location and Jorge was able to workout the pick up location logistics with me so that I could make the trip! From Old San Juan, El Yunque, and the beach, Jorge gave us the rich history and background to the island. I had so much fun and participated in the rock slides and even jet skiing on the beach for the first time ever! The stop we made for food at this Puerto Rican business on our way to the rainforest was so good!!!! Empanadas were the best I've ever had- it tasted like my mom's cooking! It was well worth the money! The van was cool and Jorge was a great DJ! Thank you for such a great experience I will recommend it to friends and family for sure! WEPAAAAAAAAA!!!

Make sure you're physically able to do the activities on this tour to fully enjoy the experience. I loved it, and it was a great experience. Our guides, Jasmine and Jorge we awesome. Both were very knowledgeable and fun. I love how personable they were and how they made sure everyone was safe and having fun. I would highly recommend this tour to others. Great experience. Felt like we did a lot and got to see lot of San Juan. The guides were Tarzan and Jasmine. They were so nice and helpful. During the first guide it was through San Juan. It was a small group for San Juan. After we picked up more people for the rainforest. Then the rainforest they explained how to go down the slides so we wouldn’t get hurt. Everyone was friendly. Would do again.

This was a great activity of you’re short on time. Gabriel, our guide, was relaxed and knowledgeable. I do wish we had had more time in old San Juan, but the fruit shop, the natural water slide, and the beach were amazing.

Great time, very knowledgeable and fun people! The natural water slide was slippery so walk with black socks and stay low (bend knees). When sitting don't lay back when sliding down & hold arms out to sides... ¡WEPA!

We loved the three stop combo trip! Jorge was a great tour guide. He was funny and knowledgeable. He worked hard to engage our group. He shared so much of the Puerto Rican history and culture. None of the three stoops felt rushed. Everything was timed just right. He had a great variety of music to try to engage his group on the rides from the stops.

This was amazing!! Saw beautiful fish and a very playful turtle… popped head up from water then looked at group and swam near by.
Found out there is manatees not to far away.

rafy was our bus driver he was very funny & helpful, it’s definitely a trip & cool experience. it’s a little hike and could be scary to most. i was scared to do the rainforest rock slides but as long as you listen to what they tell you to do you’ll be fine. We got to stop at two little food & souvenir places & one big one at after the rainforest and you can go to the beach. it is a long day though so bring a change of clothes unless you want to wear your wet clothes all day. i would do it again but probably a different tour. I loved our guides though, the girl was also amazing but i can’t remember her name !!

This was such an amazing experience. Our guide, Coralys, was phenomenal. She came in on her day off and had a fantastic attitude. She shared so much knowledge of Puerto Rico and took us to some of her favorite local spots. We had a couple elderly people in our group and she was so kind and patient with them as we traversed the rocks/trails to the natural waterslide. One slipped and Coralys was instantly there to keep her safe. I would recommend Coralys as a guide. 10 out of 10. :)
