Pick-up times typically range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. • Pick-up times may change due to traffic, weather, or operational needs. • Provide a valid phone number and be ready 5 minutes early at the front entrance of your pick-up location. • If you do not answer or are not present when contacted, the guide will continue the tour. • Beach Pick-Up: If you miss the return meeting point at the beach, the guide will continue back to San Juan. Any extra transportation is at your expense. • Children 5 and under are not allowed on the tour or the bus. • Buses do not have car seats and cannot accommodate them. • A waiver will be texted to you. All participants must read and sign it before boarding. Notify us 24 hours prior if you do not agree. • The Rainforest tour is challenging, and moderate fitness is required. • You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces. • The guide may deny participation for safety reasons. • Follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour (non-refundable). • We reserve the right of admission. • No alcohol, no smoking, and no coolers on the bus. • Only one small carry-on bag per person (no large luggage). • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. • Life vests provided and required for Rainforest and Beach portions. • Cotton socks are required for the Rainforest (worn together with water shoes or hiking shoes). They offer better traction on mossy rocks. • Closed-toe shoes recommended; no flip-flops in the Rainforest. • Tour operates rain or shine. • Weather may require route adjustments. • Participants join the tour at their own risk. • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. • Late arrivals = no-show (non-refundable). • Meals, personal expenses, and gratuities not included. • Not wheelchair accessible. • Service animals allowed. • Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy. • Maximum of 19 travelers.

I enjoyed the activities and experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging to people who were scared to try new things, and prioritized safety. My biggest complaint was that several times we would pull up to a location, presumably to pick people up, and sit. No explanation, no idea for how long, in a warm bus. Better communication would have been appreciated. Also, the air conditioning and talking made it impossible me to hear any communication from the guide. A 6-8 hour tour ended up being 9.5.

This experience was incredible the forest hike was unlike no other with a natural waterslide in the river and vvisitong old san Juan was beaufutl beaches and the Castilho but the best part of this whole thing was our tour guide William. Great personality such a kind soul and know the history só so well overall amasong would 10/10 recomendo

Communications from Viator were excellent. First two stops were dull, coastal fort we couldn’t go to, not enough time and no access, just walked around on sidewalks. Second stop T-Mobile District, closed, just walked around looking for shade. Rainforest was great, fun, first water slide was rough, second was smooth, nice pool to swim. Beach was crowded. Bring a towel for it cause chairs cost $50! Belongings in the van were safe and secure.

The rainforest tour was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable to details. Everything was well organized. We couldn't the first part of the tour due to our 15 passenger van not able to go into the parking garage but our tour guide helped us park and eventually we joined the tour. We had a great time and would definitely to it again.

Gabriel the tour guide was awesome. But if you’re not used to climbing and terrain, then this is not for you. By the time we got back up I thought I was gonna pass out. But the views were awesome. Everything was great except climbing through the rain forest. But that is on me. But otherwise it was great.

There was a wonderful review from William of the history of old San Juan! I I actually learned a few things and I’ve been here before. The rainforest was an experience to be remembered. The waterslide is highly recommended, even for an older woman like myself. I had to try it and I did well thanks to our tour guide William. To be 62 years old and have gotten through that without a scratch is impressive for me. Thank You to William for guiding me all the way back up those rocks. He wouldn’t let me go. I appreciate that! It was great . Tour time was on point as well!

Do not miss this! Great price for an amazing adventure. William was a fantastic guide and our group was so much fun! Quick trip to San Juan for some pictures and then on to the rainforest. It was so much fun and a memory everyone will treasure. Ended the day on the beach. Just a great day!

The tour guide Gabriel was great. Very personable and friendly. Would suggest anyone doing the rainforest tour to make sure you are physically able to and don't wear any shoes or clothing you don't want to get muddy and dirty.

This is too much to try and fit in one day. Everything was very rushed other than the time at the beach. If you really want to tour Old San Juan, this is not the tour. We made 2 very quick stops in the area and had 15 minutes at each spot. The hike in the forest was very cool but it is a rugged hike and our guide moved very fast. Be prepared for a challenging hike and swim after the water slide. The beach stop was nice with lots of food kiosks.

We really enjoyed the tour. I would have like more history of San Juan when we toured old San Juan. Hector was great at the water slides. He gave exceptional instructions and assisting guests who needed help getting there. The hike through the rain forest is beautiful, but tough. The beach is amazing and the water was warm. There are stores and restaurants that were great.

Gabriel was fantastic! What a great experience! The water slides were awesome! When they say it was muddy, it is muddy! You will get your shoes completely muddy, no avoiding that. Be sure to bring an extra pair of socks. It does help with the slippery trails! Awesome experience!

A fun, well‑paced day that blends history, nature, and relaxation. Old San Juan’s colorful streets and a stop at the Castillo San Felipe del Morro, were a highlight. The rainforest hike and natural water slides were exhilarating. We ended the day at a beautiful beach which was the perfect way to unwind. William, our guide, made the experience even better with his knowledge, humor, and easygoing energy. A great all‑in‑one taste of Puerto Rico.

William was a great tour guide. He made sure we were safe on the rainforest part. He gave very good information on each area, he made stops for photos. I like that he texted us /gave updates where he is at at each hotel stops. This is a must do when you are in Puerto Rico. We really enjoyed the tour it’s well worth the money!

Our tour guide Gabriel was amazing—he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Puerto Rico. He took us through all the historic buildings and monuments in Old San Juan, then on to the rainforest and the beach. He even made sure we got to experience some real, authentic Puerto Rican food along the way.
