Meet your group near Condado Beach in San Juan in the morning, before the crowds of the day, and store your belongings for safekeeping. Then put on a life jacket and hop aboard a glass-bottom kayak for two to begin your adventure.
Head out onto the Condado Lagoon with your guide, paddling through the tropical waters at a leisurely pace. Listen to commentary about the history and ecosystem of the lagoon and the surrounding region as you paddle. Keep an eye out for sea birds such as pelicans along with tropical fish as you paddle around for roughly an hour.

Emmanuel was an amazing guide for our kayaking tour! He was very educated and knowledgeable about the area, and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. He made everyone feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept the experience fun and safe the whole time. He was also super kind and patient, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Our tour guide was friendly and helpful. The tour itself was great and relaxing. We only got to see a starfish. Our tour guide explained that manatees are only seen during daytime tours. We had a lot of fun kayaking during sunset and appreciated the scenery.

My kids fell out the kayak and the lady was VERY RUDE about it she was unprofessional for one it was very windy as I almost fell out as an adult but also the man and his son who were also on the tour couldn’t barely handle the Kayak either then I went to bring my Kayak back so I could swim out and get my babies and the tour guide had my kids pulling her on her paddle boat she also kept saying how her phone is ruined as if that was their fault I ended up having to call the police because when I went back to get them I couldn’t find them come to find out a very nice man helped them and they were in the sand over all HORRIBLE experience I’ve Kayaked before and NEVER had any experience like this and we also book tours when we travel very unpleasant experience and guide

It was great! JC and Ose (spelling?) were great tour guides and the kayaks are a lot of fun. If you're lucky, you get to see some cool wildlife in the bay.

The tour guide, Emmanuel, was insightful and funny! It was exciting to see turtles, sea stars, and manatees through the clear kayak. Would recommend to solo travelers, and to anyone looking for a bite-sized adventure.

The two girls, claudia and amanda were very nice and knowledgeable, but we spent most of the time learning how to kayak, getting into the kayaks, and then waiting while they took pictures of everybody, we had about maybe fifteen minutes of kayaking, saw one turtle....

Snorkeling with a jet snorkel is the way to go. The water current was so strong there’s not way snorkeling without a jet is possible. The guide was very knowledgeable about marine life and Garret was able to locate the turtles. I possible try to bring your on mask to ensure proper fit based on what you’re comfortable with. Overall a great experience. If you sign up for it, you will enjoy.

Our tour guide Odla was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained about all the sea life around here and helped us spot 2 Manatees. The glass kayaks are the best to see the lagoon and spot sea life. Odla takes great pictures too and provided suggestions on what else to see in the vicinity. Definitely, not to miss!

The lagoon is very clear, although we did not see manatees, we saw turtles, iguanas, and star fish. This was a great, relaxing activity for everyone in our family, two adults, and two children, ages 7 and 16. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

It was a fun experience and I did see sea turtles. It just went by very quickly and we were out there for about 45 minutes. The guide was sweet but there were too many of us to keep up with in the group.
