Roberto did an excellent job! We had a great time!
The ride was fun and the scenery was beautiful. We highly recommend this. We got a little muddy but that was part of the fun.

I arrived a little late for our UTV tour and called ahead to let the staff know. I was told to wait an additional five minutes, but instead of being allowed to join, I was rebooked and charged a $22 rebooking fee.
To make matters worse, my brother, who has ADHD, received two warnings while he was simply trying to get comfortable and adjust to driving the UTV. Rather than showing patience or understanding, the staff quickly removed him from participating.
Overall, the entire experience felt very rigid and lacking in compassion. I understand that safety rules are important, but there was no effort to accommodate our situation or work with us. Between the rebooking fee and how my brother was treated, I left feeling that customer service and understanding were not a priority. I would not recommend this tour if you’re looking for a company that is willing to show flexibility or empathy.

My son and I had absolutely no idea what to expect and went into this adventure with an open mind. It was fantastic! Absolutely one of the highlights of my trip and definitely my son's. I highly recommend getting the go pro. The team that sells the package is fantastic. They mount it for you from a couple different perspectives and met us at the half way point to take still photos as well!
Eli, the actual guide was outstanding! Hopefully y'all get the chance to follow him!
Definite must and will do it again!!!

It was a really fun experience and the instructors gave a great tour. If booking make sure to bring goggles and a scarf to cover your mouth it is very dusty overall 10/10 experience

Eli was amazing. We had a good time I recommend this. The views were amazing our kids had a good time.

Eli was a great guide. He was very accommodating to try and make our experience more fun. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wish they offered an advanced course experience and a beginners so that the people who aren’t familiar or comfortable driving a UTV could be with others who drive the same. We own a UTV at home and are very comfortable. For us, seeing the grounds was neat, but the folks in front of us kept riding the brakes and taking corners really slow. The first hour was a little boring for a UTV “adventure”. I expressed my concerns with Eli and he put us in the back so we could hang back a little to go a little faster without running into the people in front of us. That made the experience worth it in the end for us. Thank you Eli! 🫶

Great time riding utv with the family, a little mud, hills, cool views of the property and animals. Noel was a great guide, sxs were nice units to meet our demands

Honestly wasn't amazed. Literally driving in big circles. Was supposed to be 2 hours .my slot time was 12:30, started at 1pm. Drove 15 min to take pictures . Then got back on drove 15 min to take a "break" . Like we just started!. Had to meet up with the tour guide at 1:52pm afterthought 15 min brake. We start driving at 2 and tour ended at exactly 2:30. $358 for pretty much driving in circles for 1 hour total. Completely disappointed 😞. Save your money! Wish I can ask for a refund.

Eli and Joel were awesome tour guides. They communicated with each other and with the guests very well! Safety first, fun a close second! We would do it again - be prepared to be VERY dusty. We did not drive through water or rivers. Bring your own scarf/face covering and goggles. Those are a MUST. If you buy them there they are pricey - but necessary. Plan ahead and grab them off Amazon!

It was a great experience for me and my friend. Our instructor Noelle was very helpful and made me feel comfortable as a recent driver. He was very patient and kindly guided us through the different parts of the route. We will definitely return again!

We had a great time! Be prepared for a bumpy ride. We were fine without face masks but probably should have bought the goggles
Reginald_J, Jul 2026
This was good fun. Our guide made sure everyone was safe. Roberto was a great guide. Vehicles were a bit rough but they held up. Would strongly recommend and I would do again. Probably even better in the rain

VERY ROUGH ride. You will most likely have a headache after, half through a weed field and half on a pothole filled rock road. Also will get muddy. Also to get there from cruise terminal it’s about a 25 dollar uber ride each way.

Our travel guide, Noel, was fantastic! The receptionist at the check in booth worked with us day of to make modifications to fit our needs.

Great tour and activity. My 16 year old son and 70 year old parents all had a fantastic time. Good amount of adventure!!
Jalanna_H, Jun 2026
wear anything that you don’t mind getting dirty because it is very dusty and it can get muddy if there is rain. a helmet is provided, and you could also buy a face wrap at the location. the scenery is beautiful and my family and i enjoyed every part of the utv experience. you will definitely have a good time! our tour guide noel was very friendly and welcoming he will answer any questions if you have any and he is very attentive at making sure that everyone is safe and having a wonderful time.

It’s like taking a trolley ride that you drive. You don’t go over 15 mph, you stay in the group the entire time 3 car lengths behind each other. It’s separated in 2 time frames where u can switch drivers. It’s not very scenic, it’s on a farm covered in cornfield and trails. This would be great for someone young in age maybe. It’s super dusty. Ths tour guides were great tho, fun, helpful, educational and friendly. The young girl taking your card info and license is very rude. You can’t flush toilet paper in the bathroom they have there. I wouldn’t recommend or do this again.

Be prepared for filthy good time! Fun time for the family. Our guide Eli was knowledgeable, patient, and fun!
Maia_M, Jun 2026
It was fun; however, the tour is limited to the property which is farmland so you see the same landscape over and over. Not as scenic as other ATV tours I've been on. It's more of a joyride than a tour. I will say our tour guide Eli was great and made sure we had fun.

Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty... Buy the face mask and the googles trust me you will need them!

Check in process 0/5. We arrived and were asked to fill out a paper waiver. We asked since we just filled one out online the day before, the lady said they needed the paper one. Ok, no problem. Check in and hand the girl 7 drivers license 4 people in one and 3 people in the other UTV. They call everyone down. When we are down waiting they tell us we are in the wrong spot and to go back up. We were checked in wrong and specifically told to see the girl on the right. Go wait in line, the girl on the left calls me up. I tell her I was told to see the girl on the right. She says 3 times she can help me despite me being told to do something different. Her tone and attitude started kicking in. I explain to her we were sent back up because we were checked in incorrectly. The girl on the right blamed me and said I told her ATV. I told her no one ever asked me ATV or UTV, I just handed my waivers and she checked us in. You would think she would have known since I handed her the Drivers licenses for each car (and told her that about 10 times when I handed them to her) that she would have known we were UTV since 4 and 3 people do not fit on an ATV, never took ownership for any error and the other girl blames her attitude and tone on being sick. She then while I’m still there talks to the man in the booth stating “apparently I have an attitude” I told her that her talking like that in front of us is part of her problem and rude. After getting checked in, we proceed with our tour guide Hector. I have only positive things to say about Hector. He is polite, kind and explained the tour well. He saved the experience from being completely poor. My advice is to have a better check in process when you have a cruise ship and regular customers checking in at the same time. The girls checking in might not be so confused and blame their mistakes on the customer.

This was such a fun experience, my husband & I really enjoyed UTV riding here! Our tour guide was super cool he took pictures of us and was super nice. We definitely got muddy which made it even more fun!
ERIC_W, Jun 2026
Very exhilarating and dusty. Make sure you get a face wrap, they sale them, and glasses or goggles. A change of clothes was helpful so you dont track the dust in your car.
Wilma_O, Jun 2026
We had a great time on this UTV excursion overall! The trails were fun, the scenery was beautiful, and it was a unique way to explore Puerto Rico.
One thing that was disappointing was that guests were required to purchase their own goggles, face covering, and protective eyewear. It would have been nice if those items were included in the tour price or at least provided as part of the experience, especially since they are important for the dusty off-road conditions.
That being said, our guide, Noel, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the tour. He shared interesting information about the Hacienda and its history, making the experience much more meaningful than just riding UTVs. His positive attitude and passion for the area really stood out and helped make the tour enjoyable.
If the safety gear were included, this easily would have been a 5-star experience. Thank you, Noel, for making our adventure memorable!

Noelle was a great guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic throughout the experience. Unfortunately, the tour itself left a lot to be desired. There were very few animals to be seen during our visit, and because of the time of year, the area was extremely dry, creating a lot of dust. It would have been nice if the tour operators had added some mud or other elements to make the ride a bit more exciting.
I also didn’t realize from the description that the tour would take place on a large estate rather than in a more remote or scenic setting. We ended up traveling the same paths multiple times, which made the experience feel repetitive. We were told that because we had a smaller group, we were able to go faster and do a bit more than usual, which was appreciated. However, even with that added benefit, I felt the overall experience was overpriced for what was offered. While Noelle helped make the outing enjoyable, the tour itself did not meet my expectations

10/10 experience would definitely recommend it.
I would try the ATV next time I go. Our guide was super nice and great to be around.
Everyone should check them out.
