Amazing Boat Trip!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The boat ride on its own was so much fun and the caves were stunning! We did briefly see dolphins but obviously we understood this is never guaranteed. We are so glad we did this trip, well worth the money! The captain and young girl on our boat explained everything so well and made it a thoroughly enjoyable 2.5 hours!

Cannot recommend enough!!

We had Mario who was very knowledgeable on all the history and was able to answer all of our questions. It was also great getting to know his especially since this is a longer experience and we were with him for a majority of the day. I do recommend getting the attraction tickets through the tour group as it made our experience effortless. Mario showed us a great resturant and bakery in town. This was definitely the highlight of our Lisbon trip!!

Wonderful day

Really fun way to see the city. Cameron was so knowledgeable and fun. The e-bikes made climbing the hills no problem and we felt safe navigating the streets even with the traffic and the winding roads. Would definitely recommend and our teens loved it too.

It’s a great way to get to know the city , food , wine and way of life . Rodrigo was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful . The choice of restaurants were clearly carefully made & fave us a broad experience . I would recommend the tour at the beginning of a trip to Lisbon to be orientated to the different neighbourhoods . 10/10

Great Transfer Services

We had a round trip transfer (airport pick up to the hotel and then return trip a week later). After flying all night with two teens, I didn’t want the hassle of an uber and not knowing if our luggage would fit or dealing with the metro. Everything was seamless. Ricardo was our driver and was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim. He also arrived at our hotel a little bit early for pick up. I would definitely recommend. One thing to note: we booked the round trip transfer through Viator and confirmed both pick up and return with the company. However after the initial pick up our trip was marked complete on Viator. This is a Viator issue and not an issue with the company. They are very quick to communicate and reconfirmed my return trip.

Delicious food and great tour!

Elisa was an amazing guide for our 6 tastings foodie tour! She reached out to me several days ahead of time to introduce herself and to make a specific meeting plan. She was very personable and likable, and knowledgeable about the foods and beverages we tasted during the tour. She also added so much to the tour by giving us some history and background of the area as we walked to the different restaurants. And, importantly, the foods were so delicious! I would recommend Elisa and this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Right place at the right time!

Two Hours in Heaven

We got into Lisbon in the afternoon and so glad we did this tour our first night. It was a perfect way to relax after traveling. The water was amazing and we saw several sights much better from the boat than when we went back the next day. Teresa made sure we were taken care of throughout with drinks, snacks and great info about the local area!

Smooth and easy trip

As a family of 5, we had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Porto to Lisbon transfer with our driver Jorge! Our stop in Coimbra was spectacular — full of history, beauty, and amazing scenery. Traveling with a family can sometimes be challenging, but Jorge made everything smooth, relaxing, and stress-free. Lisbon airport has a dreadful system for entering passengers! Driver great!

Our driver was excellent. We flew into Lisbon, Portugal airport which has the worst system for foreign passengers to enter the country. They have electronic machines that should work but are in clusters of 6-8 machines spread out over a great distance. No personnel to assist or tell people to keep walking to the next bank of machines. All machines went offline and NO ONE around to direct a huge plane full of people. Then when machine came back online only about 50% of people would get approved. After all this, we had to join a LONG LINE of passengers to go through a regular passport check. The whole process took us 3 hours and our driver waited for us!! He was so courteous and helpful. He apologized to us and was still smiling after waiting all that time.

No Stress Transportation

We had an awesome experience. Our driver was very personable and was at our hotel early to get us to the airport in Lisbon. He even gave us tips on where we needed to go to get through customs and security to get to our gate to catch our international flight back to the US. Would definitely use this service again!! 😊
