Made our arrival to the island hassle-free! I had NO idea how we'd get around during our 20 hour layover and had never been to the Azores, so I was so relieved to find this service. Our driver was waiting for us in the front of the airport when we got out of the baggage area holding a sign with our name, and he got us to our hotel in Angra do Heroismo in roughly 20 minutes.

Everyone on the Azores seem to think taxis take credit cards. I booked ground transportation because I was running out of euros. Very happy with my transfers. Return had a great guy António, brought my bag into airport and made sure I was in the right place. Very happy!

We had a seamless experience traveling to and from the airport. Our return flight was quite early (5:30am) and our driver was there on time so we had zero stress. Would highly recommend!
FYI: The island does not have Uber, Lyft or other car services. Taxis exist but are hit or miss on availability. I would recommend this company if you need reliable and comfortable transportation. 10/10!

We were met at the airport exactly when our flight arrived. Monica did a very, very great job of taking care of us, getting us to our location and handling luggage into the car. All our suitcases fit well.

Would definitely use this service again. We had an early flight out. Driver picked us up on time at 4:45am. They confirmed pickup day before so we were not anxious about getting to airport in time for our flight. Driver was courteous and as there were 4 of us travelling with luggage we all fit in van very comfortably.

To that point, I originally tried to leave positive feedback but it was determined to be too short of a statement. How arrogant of you to not only demand feedback, but also demand it be a certain length. Is this long enough for you?

Our driver, Carlos, was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for us as we exited the airport and did not seem at all bothered that we were late getting our luggage even though it was very late at night.
