This was a terrible experience, the only one of our Portugal holiday. The instructions said the driver would be wearing a yellow polo with a phone or tablet with my name. There were two reps from YellowFish wearing yellow and blue cycling jerseys, neither expecting me. Only after going down the whole line of transportation companies and doubling back did we discover that this was our company, but not our driver. Traffic had delayed him, which is understandable. He soon arrived, friendly, apologetic. Still no yellow polo. The drive to Albufeira was mostly uneventful. It was the arrival where things fell apart. Despite video messaging our host, the driver was unable to find our apartment. Leaving us at a location about 1/4 mile from it with a “sorry” and “good luck”. We carried our luggage the rest of the way. An Uber would have been 15€ less and would have gotten us to the door. Lesson learned. I would not recommend this transfer company.

Excellent experience. Fatima was our driver and was able to give us suggestions on sites worth seeing during our visit! She drove safely and the van was spacious. It was an easy experience to find her when exiting the airport! We will book again for our ride back to the airport!

Our driver had to patiently wait for 2 hours after our flight had landed as it took us that long to get through passport control. This is a big company with lots of drivers waiting for other passengers.

Les informations sur la l’attente étaient fosses on nous attendait sous un mauvais nom les indications ne correspondait à celle indiquée finalement après avoir questionné tous les chauffeurs on a finalement trouvé le chauffeur qui nous croyait pas et qu’il a lui-même fait un appel téléphonique pour finalement se rendre compte qu’il avais inscrit le mauvais nom
