If you love the outdoors, nature, hiking, and seeing beautiful views, this is the one for you. Our guide Ricardo was just simply amazing! He showed us beautiful spots and just do it!!! Keep in mind you will be hiking over big rocks so you need to have proper foot wear and physical stamina and strength. Give it a go!!!!

Highlight of my trip

Definitely book this! I learned so much from this trip and it was such a memorable day. Our guide Mano was the perfect host, as he explained the itinerary in advance and everything went as expected. It was a smooth and scenic journey up north with such beautiful views. It was such a relaxing day, none of the stress of travel that I usually have. Thank you Mano for all the information and extra effort to make our day so fun, interesting and memorable. We got back to Porto before 5 which gave me the rest of the day to sightsee and I did not feel so tired that I wanted to retire, in fact I wanted to continue after such a happy day. There is so much history and culture displayed on this trip and I think this experience is a must because it is so well organised and you can just sit back and relax, perfect!

This was one of the best experiences of my two weeks in Portugal, and our guide João was by far the best guide I had on the entire trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and the areas we visited, while also being so friendly and easy to talk to. The suspension bridge was our first stop, and as someone who is afraid of heights, it was a little scary at first—but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day. Even with some rain, the Paiva Walkways were absolutely beautiful. We then had a lovely traditional Portuguese lunch before ending the day in the charming fishing town of Aveiro. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Porto!

Lovely way to explore outside of Porto

Lovely way to get out of Porto and visit some more local and relaxed towns/cities. The Art Deco buildings in Averio are beautiful! In your free time make sure you visit graveyard! As you have a couple of hours free time make sure you check opening times before selecting your day for trip as done were closed on Monday. Loved the little canal trip and costa nova was picturesque! Great guide I think Alain & driver Lourdes.

Great tour! We didn’t know how this tour will be like since we booked the last min, but it turned out to be great. Our bus driver was on time and I felt safe. Our tour guy was great, just wished he speak a little louder. The took time with us and gave us plenty of time to wandered around the towns and enough time to had a good lunch. Please give more time in Braga less time in the castle. Overall great experience.

We had the best time with Anna. She was so knowledgeable and was so much fun. We had the best time with her. She showed us all over Porto and everything we wanted to see. This is the best way to see the city and to we got to hop out and take photos and soak up the culture. I highly recommend doing this tour to anyone coming to Porto. There are a lot of shady tuk tuk tours and this one was fantastic.

We had a very enjoyable morning with Zurine. She was knowledgeable and informative, and tailored the tour to us. She had some interesting and humorous stories along the way that made the tour more fun, and gave us recommendations for dining and places to see. We did the tour on the first morning of our visit, and would recommend this timing because of the recommendations and because it made the city more familiar.
