Philip was a great guide with lots of historical information. We had a small group of 8 which is ideal. This was a very long day with lots of walking but our guide did a great job of breaking it up with rest stops and breaks. Great spiritual and historical tour.

Our guide was very knowledgable and shared information in a clear and effective manner. He took time to explain things and answer questions regarding what we were seeing and/or anything else. He was personable, sensitive, very engaging and had a great sense of humor.
His English was totally fluent and easy to understand. We particularlly liked the video he showed in the bus featuring cork and paper production. The buffet lunch was lovely. We highly recommend this tour to English speakers.

It was more a UBER expérience than a tourist experience. Waste of time and money. The guide just drop us and pointed the direction of the site to visit and the place where is waiting for us.

Helder Paiva was an excellent tour guide. He explained a lot about the history of Portugal on the way to Fatima and on the way home. He was clearly knowledgeable. He personalized the walking tour of the site of the apparitions and gave us plenty of free time to explore the shrine and the surrounding areas. The trip to Coimbra was a bit short, but he did a great job explaining what the city was all about as well as its unique history. Helder even spent time with my wife and I after the tour ended answering our questions and giving us even more history Excellent tour for the money!! We went on May 29th and there were five other people on the tour.

We arrived expecting a big bus full of people but there ended up just 7 of us on this tour. Our driver was great - knowledgeable of Fatima and the history. And he was a rock star leading us around Coimbra. It is a really hilly city and he drove us to the university, let us walk down at our pace - then he ran up and got the van! It was a rainy, windy day but a great way to see both these places in Pprtugal.

We had a great time! Margaridia was knowledgeable and kind. Her English and Spanish tour was perfect. We loved our stops in Coimbra, the shepherd town, and at Fatima. There was just enough time to see everything since we had a quick lunch in Coimbra and not the lunch provided by the tour.

When you're in Fatima you realize without a doubt that Mary actually did appeared before the three shepard children. Our tour guide Jose Luis did a great job showing us the area and retelling the story.

Fátima was wonderful. We should have spent more time there. Coimbra was very disappointing. We stood in a plaza for an hour and couldn’t go into anything.

It was a very long day and for the first part of the tour (Fatima) the weather did not really help as it was pouring all day. I enjoyed Coimbra because of the weather and I just wished we had more time there to visit the well known library and roam around the streets. Our driver/guide (Maria)was very personable and the tour was a small group as well.

We had such a good time on this trip, Tiago S. was fantastic. He managed three different languages on our tour with such ease. He explained everything in English first, then Spanish and Italian. He is very passionate and informative about every aspect of the tour. He had great historical knowledge of the country. Long bus ride from Porto. Most time was spent in Fatima - a religious shrine with little time in Coimbra, a much more interesting city. The guide barely spoke English. Don’t recommend.
