Early start but well worth it! Coach was air conditioned & new. Driver was really safe. Tour guide knowledgeable. Totally worth the money.
The trip was well organised and tailored to all age groups and interests. The nature was mesmerising. Slimmy (Guide) and Jorge (Driver) were both amazing! We had an awesome day. Learned so much and were safely guided from location to location. The half day tour was perfect for us. Slimmy learned all of our names and made the tour really unique and special. Book these two—you will not regret it!

Rute is a great guide. She's funny, nice and knowledgeable. The Douro Valley is beautiful! There are beautiful landscapes everywhere. Idalino is a great driver. This day trip is not to be missed.

Diego was an excellent tour guide provided some great insight and facts about the wine country and areas. He also had an awesome playlist of music that was timed perfectly to our locations on the tour. Miranda did a great job driving and negotiating some tight roads and getting us to all the sites and back to our meeting point safely. I would highly recommend each for any other tours
The guide Rita was very kind and shared a lot of interesting facts during the road trip.
The trip took us around beautiful landscape, however the vineyard visit and wine tasting felt like mass tourism : several groups following each other, local guide in a rush to give her speech and not willing to take questions, nothing interesting to share about the wine tasted.
If you really want to experience wine tasting, I would not pick this trip.
Great half day trip and the guide Carlos was very informative and friendly. Would certainly recommend this activity whilst in Porto. We enjoyed the boat ride and the wine tasting and a lovely drive outside the city. Only thing to make it better would be to have some snacks with the wine tasting.
It was a great day! Winery and boat tour were great! So were our tour guide and bus driver!
But I would have preferred making it a whole day experience. 4 hours of driving for 6,5 hours is too much.
Gabriel and Diego were pleasant. Diego did a nice job pointing out items of interest. Nice way to visit Douro Valley in a few hours.
Fantastic visit to the winery and river cruise, Scenery couldn't be beaten anywhere, Anabela the tour guide was excellent, and Ferro made excellent time so we got to each place on time, thanks!

Overall ok experience. Felt outside the trip to and from Porto as a rush. Local guide at the winery was very rushed, tasting explanation within 5 minutes. Boatride no explanation at all.
Guide Ze did his best on the road, seemed a little stressed himself. Tried to push all passengers to write a 5star review during the trip by holding the qr into our faces.
But had some good info also.
If your dont want 3 winery and tastings amd still enjoy a beautiful trip through the Douruvalley this is a good choice.

This was an excellent tour, good value and would highly recommend! The tour and talk at the vineyard was informative and the wine & Port tasting super. After that on to a boat trip along the river and then a stop at the most beautiful view point. The guide Susana was absolutely brilliant along with our driver Gabriel. They were both so friendly and such fun.
