Warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate, she made the experience feel special from the start and clearly loves sharing Paris with others. As it turned out, one person didn’t show up, so my friends and I ended up having a private tour. That made it even more memorable and personal. By the end, it felt like we’d spent the day with a friend rather than a guide—we shared stories, laughed, and really connected. Every food stop along the way was delicious, and the dinner was a highlight. Everything was thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented. Our guide, Nora, shared so much history of the food and had us try a well thought out variety of foods. All were wonderful and I have gone back to some of those establishments. It was my first day here and it was a perfect way to learn about the neighborhood and the history of the food and promoinent food artisans she introduced us to. I almost did it a second time!

Highly suggest using Zakaria as your guide. The food was good, but the history behind the area was truly the highlight. Zakaria was excellent at communicating the history of both the food and the area. He managed to keep our 6 and 9 year old entertained for the entirety of the tour (a true marvel) without sacrificing any details for the adults. The pace was perfect, not rushed, nor dragging. Fantastic tour!

Harriett is a delightful, knowledgeable guide to special places in Paris. We had a lovely, varied assortment of coffee, tea, quiche, pastries, bread, cheese and chocolate. Oh, the chocolate! We strolled a wide variety of streets and areas. Very enjoyable way to spend a morning in Paris!
