Fun and delicious foodie tour in Montmartre!

We booked this foodie walking tour for a Tuesday evening and there 6 people in total on our tour. Tour was through Do Eat Better Experiences via Viator. Kevan, our tour guide, was friendly and had a good sense of humour. He messaged us the day prior with all the relevant information and we found the meeting point easily. Please note, the start and end point are different, start outside Moulin Rouge and end outside Sacre Coeur (Montmartre is very hilly and those with walking difficulties may find it tough going). The tour lasted about 3 hours. We enjoyed beef bourguignon, French cheeses, a sweet pastry, a crepe and macaroons. All were delicious and we left the tour very full! A glass of wine was included with the beef bourguignon and toilets were available to use there too. Kevan also gave us some information about various landmarks in Montmartre as we passed by. This was a fun tour with lots of yummy French food. We would thoroughly recommend Kevan and this foodie tour.

Montemarte in our Hearts

This being my second time in Paris and my husband’s first Montemarte was new for both of us! Julie made this experience far better than we could’ve ever imagined so much so that we went back for our last night. Every spot she chose to share with our group was phenomenal. The food savory and sweet was beyond delicious. She taught us the history while helping us fall in love with the food and wine more than we already were. The freshness alone makes me look forward to my next trip back. I will miss the butter, the croissants, the chocolate and the cheeses. Thank you so much, Julie. Enjoyable and excellent food!

We had a nice time and the food was very good, particularly the beef Bourgogne which was melt in your mouth wonderful! Our guide did a nice job of introducing us to the Marais. Only issue was that certain things were closed due to the holiday. That should e indicated in the tour description. We would have selected a different day.

Amazing Food Tour in Paris!

Erica was the best tour guide! As she walked us to each of the separate tastings she provided history on some of the surrounding architecture as well as the different locations we would attend. The waffles, chocolates, croissants, baguettes and cheeses we sampled on the way were incredible. Do not eat breakfast prior to the tour, you are going to have the opportunity to eat a lot! Would 100% recommend to individuals or families!

Sweets and history with Etienne

This was a marvelous experience with a passionate advocate for Paris. Étienne was actually born and raised in the Saint-Germane district and knows its history first hand. We not only tasted marvelous desserts but had a thoughtful and interesting history lesson of the area and Paris in general. All the various desserts were so good that my wife could help herself but bought goodies for gifts from all but one of the shops. We highly recommend Etienne as your tour guide for the sweet side of Paris.

Do it! Lots of great typical Parisian food with a local.

Salma was an excellent guide. She was so excited about sharing her wonderful city of Paris. We visited several small family owned businesses with amazing food and really got a local’s perspective. The oysters were the best! I was surprised how many different types of local food and portion size we were able to sample.

We took the Paris St Germain Food Tour food, and Duniya was our guide—she was absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate, she made the experience feel special from the start and clearly loves sharing Paris with others. As it turned out, one person didn’t show up, so my friends and I ended up having a private tour. That made it even more memorable and personal. By the end, it felt like we’d spent the day with a friend rather than a guide—we shared stories, laughed, and really connected. Every food stop along the way was delicious, and the dinner was a highlight. Everything was thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented. We would absolutely recommend this tour—and especially Duniya—to anyone visiting Paris.
