Excellent class!

The wines and cheeses were carefully selected. The pairings were very good from a taste point of view, and represented a nice variety. We learned a lot about each: history, flavors, production, etc. Our leader was very engaging and funny. She set a great tone, so we also enjoyed meeting the other attendees. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the Baker and instructed, educated and entertained! It was a wonderful experience and one I didn’t want to see end. It was a hands on instruction with a step by step approach. The Baker was full of history facts on each of the offerings we would make. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on the Paris Seine River Champagne Tasting Cruise! The views of Paris from the Seine were beautiful, but what truly made the experience special was our sommelier. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about champagne, explaining each tasting and recommending several fantastic bottles to us. She also generously kept our glasses topped up with complimentary refills, which was such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, she happily took several photos of us, helping create wonderful memories. Her warmth and excellent service made the entire experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a relaxing and unique experience in Paris, this cruise is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Beyond just Dinner

The market visit (was relocated to La Grande Épicerie du Paris) enhanced the dinner by participating in selecting vegetables and cheeses. Our chef Frédéric was very droll and knowledgeable. He did his best to ensure each participant was given attention. I learned a number of new techniques making chicken ballotine and glazing small balls of cucumber and carrots using a special tool. Was impressed by the emphasis on hand and kitchen hygiene. Frédéric welcomed questions throughout the evening. He asked participants questions about the dishes as they were prepared to ensure we were engaged and to also aid in the learning process. At the end of the evening, at my request, he provided a list of places to buy équipement and spices frequented by professional chefs but open to the public. I visited the area the next day and got to experience another part of Paris I hadn’t been to before. It was an unexpected bonus. Wine was offered on arrival and throughout the meal. We ate our entrées which were mushrooms in a cream sauce while other parts of the dinner were cooking - the ratatouille and red wine sauce for the chicken and ice cream was in the machine. We then went to kitchen to do final prep and plating of the main dishes and again repeated the process for dessert. We sat together and chatted after the meal, not leaving until after 11 pm. It was a true experience, not just a meal.

Amazing Paris Experience

This excursion was an amazing way to end our vacation in Paris. With the lovely air conditioning in the luxurious bus with a delicious dinner and amazing views of Paris, this was a relaxing way to finish our trip. The heat in Paris was oppressive, and the crowds were overwhelming as it was Bastille Day. However, we got to sit in quiet comfort as we experienced Paris at night for the last time. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Paris.

Great experience!

We took the baguette, financiers, and croissant class yesterday in Paris and it was one of the highlights of our trip. David was an incredible instructor—engaging, funny, interesting, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about baking. He made the entire experience fun and approachable, even for non-professionals. We learned so much and left with fresh, warm baguettes, perfect financiers, and beautiful croissants that we were proud of. The class was well-organized, delicious, and genuinely enjoyable. Brilliant show

Brilliant experience all co ordinated very well no waiting etc we had the meal and show and I can honestly say I enjoyed this show better than Moulin rouge the night before. The meal and champers was lovely and the artists were really good and got the audience involved. We loved it would definitely recommend.
