This was our first time in Paris, and this tour was our very first experience of the trip—and it couldn’t have been better! Hugo was incredibly patient, funny, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He made our family feel right at home and gave us such a memorable introduction to Paris. We learned so much about the food, culture, and even the movie scene along the way.
Every meal and drink was fantastic, and we really appreciated that it was a complete experience with entrées, drinks, and desserts. I especially loved that the tour focused on local spots, which gave us a genuine feel for the neighborhood. I highly recommend this tour, and if you can, try to book Hugo—you’ll learn a lot and have an amazing time!

Great selection of food! The neighborhood we toured and visited was quaint and artistic. The cheese at the oldest restaurant was a highlight. Peter set a relaxed pace and was an excellent guide.

Peter was AMAZING! He was so funny, personable, and made the whole tour such a good time. And let’s just say… we definitely ate GOOD. Every stop was delicious, and I loved getting to try different foods while learning about Paris along the way.
Peter really made the experience. He kept us laughing, gave us so many cool little stories and facts, and made everyone feel comfortable. By the end of the tour, I genuinely didn’t want it to end!

Bring your appetite! And walking shoes! Discover Montmarte through a local’s eyes. Seriously, don’t eat before you go- enough food and wine are provided. Our guide Marie was cheerful and knowledgeable. She was recognized by so many people in the neighborhood, giving a real authentic look at this charming neighborhood.

There is a lot of uphill walking. You learn a lot of history . The food was good, but not as local as I was hoping

Matt was a wonderful guide and a local to the Montmarte neighborhood, which made his insights to the area wonderful and specific. It was a nice tour with a few stops, ending on the top of the hill with an amazing view of Paris.
This was a highlight of our Paris anniversary trip. Marie was a wonderful tour guide and a delight to be around. The food was excellent, and Marie's knowledge of the area was exceptional.
Come hungry!! He was a great host who took you through areas of Montmartre that you probably wouldn’t have discovered on your own. His knowledge of the city, its sites, and its history really added to the experience and made the tour much more interesting. He also did a great job explaining how Paris’ culture has developed over time and how that evolution helped shape the city’s food scene. It was a great way to experience Paris beyond the typical tourist areas while learning more about the city and enjoying its food along the way.
Our guide Thomas was very informative and tried to speak with everyone in the group. He was very organized and made sure everyone had the correct choice of food.

Montmontre is a very inter and charming part of Paris, and our guide Yannic did an excellent job of showing it to us. He explained the artistic background of the area, gave descriptions of the French food we had, made suggestions at our requests, and just did a great job. My only complaint about the food was that there was too much! We had beef Bourgogne, a selection of cheeses and bread, a macron, Madeline, and a filled crepe! Along with 2 glasses of wine. It was a really fun and yummy time.

The historical aspects of the tour were very informative and Kevin made it fun. However, I would recommend additional stops for food, as it is a food tour. All told, we ate beef stew, a couple glasses of wine, croissant, cheese sample and a desert crepe during the ‘3-hour’ food tour. Otherwise, it was great tour of the highlights of Montmartre area and a fun tour.
Marie was a very good guide . Very knowledgeable and fun to be with . There is alot of walking on this tour uphill so wear decent shoes . This area is very busy with a tourist vibe . Many restaurants and attractions to view. All food items and wines included in the tour were excellent and plentiful ! I would highly recommend this tour for the Montparnasse area .
Esther was lovely and an excellent tour guide. I am slightly disabled, but she made reaching Sacre Coeur from the moulin rouge easy with a slow pace and several sitting opportunities. We loved the boeuf bourguignon! Excellent choice of stops.
Our tour guide was Esther she was lovely and made the tour really fun - the food was amazing the madeleines so good! She gave some great tips for eating out and sent us some info afterwards with recommendations - well worth doing this trip.

Oscar was excellent and did a good job of explaining the history and some of the foods were good but portions huge.
There is a LOT of walking up a big hill in this tour! But Hugo made it fun with lots of facts and yummy food along the way. Our favorites were the beef and the crepes.
