A beautifull experience on the Seine with a perfect 3 course dinner. We chose the romantic evening package, and it was fantastic. The window seating was superb, the staff were very attentive but not too much. The meal was presented very well and a good proportion size. Wine selection was also very good. We certainly wished it was half an hour longer! Slight negative -dessert was presented very quickly after the main meal, but fully appreciate the matter of timing. We would certainly recommend this three course romantic dinner cruise.

Entertainment- a bad wedding singer. Definitely not a sightseeing kind of experience. Would not recommend to others.
This is a very enjoyable way to view the many sites along the Seine. Seeing all of the people relaxing along the walkways was amazing as was viewing many of the iconic landmarks of Paris as you enjoy a delicious dinner. The service was very good with attention to detail.
The water tour was very organized started on time, the servers were so attentive and the food was very good period there was a singer that was very lively and the group of people we had was very nice definitely recommended.
My best friend and I went
I was initially apprehensive that it might be a little difficult to find exactly where the meeting point was, but it turned out to be pretty easy. It’s at the side of the Orsay museum that faces the river and you just go down the ramp to the meeting point. I thought that the cruise might be a bit touristy, and that the food might not be that good, but the whole experience was actually quite good and better than expected. We got the romantic dinner package with two glasses of champagne and the food was really good. My wife and I had Seabass, which was delicious and all parts of the dinner were really good. There was a live singer who was good and personable, and our waiter Paul was also good. The sites of Paris are wonderful and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
A nice dinner and a lovely way to see the city. The music was nice, but would have also been nice to have some narration of the sites we were passing.
It was listed as a 6:45-8-45 pm dinner cruise. It only lasted until 8:15 pm.
Our waiter also skipped our cheese course.
We had the best time! The staff and servers were so kind. Our view was unmatched at the front of the boat. The singer was wonderful too.
This Dinner on this Siene boat ride was an amazing experience. The dinner was very good and the champiagn as well. The was for about 1 hour and a half which was great. The views were awesome. Unfortunately I used my credit card on the boat. For wine etc. Returned to the hotel, found out that my card was charged 8600.00. Thank God the credit card co. Caught it and declined the transaction. And canceled my card which was OK but I have no valid card now. A major inconvenience while traveling in France.
It was a great experience. Paris lights at night were beautiful. Food was good. Service excellent convenient location great music onboard Would recommend
Nice cruise. Food was good however the beef entree was overdone when ordered as medium. Extra charge for the beef entree plus extra charge for still water at able. These extra charges were not made clear when seated.

The overall experience was fine. Saw the Eiffel Tower. Caught a glimpse of Notre Dame. On board entertainment was nice. Food was good.
Cruise is relatively short (1 1/2 hours) on the early 6:45 pm boat. But it hit the key sites. Boarded 30 minutes before cruise starts, drinks and food service starts before the boat is out on Seine. Female singer pretty much sang entire time, pleasant voice, interacts with passengers, obviously some French songs (Edith Piaf) but many various artists. Very enjoyable. Food was surprisely good which is not what I see about dining on these cruises. Salad came with a little tomato presentation and was nicely done and tasty plus the buffalo mozzarella. Asked for beef medium rare hoping but not expecting. It was prepared perfectly. Don’t remember if ad actually showed beef was a 10€ upcharge but worth it. My wife had the chicken and said it was very good. Desert was excellent. Honestly all the meal was excellent. Drinks beyond the starter glass of champagne had to be purchased but reasonably priced. Overall staff was excellent and nicely responsive. Definitely worth it.

Wonderful experience cruising the Seine past iconic structures including the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower while sipping champagne, eating a surprisingly tasty meal, and being entertained by a talented jazz singer. It’s not a sightseeing tour with someone pointing out the sights and constantly clamoring about history, just a comfortable, leisurely Parisian experience.

Was left waiting a lot of the time. Wrong dessert came and waiter said “sorry that’s all we have”. But beyond that - this was my partners birthday and I wrote in the notes when booking for this occasion and she was completely ignored and with the wrong dessert. Was very disappointed and regret trusting this establishment.

Food and wine was great. Total cruise length was 1:15. I know fuel prices are really high right now, that 1:15 included disembarking too. Dinner also felt rushed at the end… and know that the wait staff will hit you up for gratuity at the end - not typical of European culture. Over all it was Ok, you’re in Paris on the Seine having diner.

Stay away. If it's the late afternoon, there's hot sun, inadequate air. Nobody is dressed for the "occasion." Had I known, I definitely wouldn't have paid $340 for two. Not $240. Not $140. Not $40. The beef was tough and cold, for which there was a $10 surcharge. The singer was loud and awful. We couldn't wait for it to be over. Nightmare is too mild a term. Live and learn. Please learn by reading this, not like how we learned. Finally, let me say it this way: No redeeming value. A total rip.

This was a really, really good experience. It was a surprise for my wife and she really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and very professionally prepared with some nice touches.
The only downside side was the very expensive photographs that you were pushed to buy and the actual cruise was a bit shorter than I thought it would be.

Our cruise was scheduled for Friday evening. I received a notification the day prior that it was canceled due to weather. I wa able to reschedule for Sunday evening. Apparently sometime on Sunday they sent a message that the meeting point had been changed. We are tourists and wifi is not always available therefore we didn’t get the message! We waited at the original meeting point for a long time and then saw the message about the change. By that time it would have taken us to get there, approx 25 minutes, the boat had already left. Tried calling the help number but only got a recording in French! I sent an email but it wasn’t returned until the next day.
I have requested a refund but as of today, Wednesday, no response. Very poor communication. I will not be booking again.
