We booked this late May cruise in February, so it paid off as we were assigned to Table #2, right up front with an 180 degree view. The singer was lovely and the food (sea bass) was delicious. The servers were efficient and friendly. Only small problem was the directions to the quai could have been more detailed once we crossed the Seine.

Wonderful experience cruising the Seine past iconic structures including the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower while sipping champagne, eating a surprisingly tasty meal, and being entertained by a talented jazz singer. It’s not a sightseeing tour with someone pointing out the sights and constantly clamoring about history, just a comfortable, leisurely Parisian experience.

Was left waiting a lot of the time. Wrong dessert came and waiter said “sorry that’s all we have”. But beyond that - this was my partners birthday and I wrote in the notes when booking for this occasion and she was completely ignored and with the wrong dessert. Was very disappointed and regret trusting this establishment.

Food and wine was great. Total cruise length was 1:15. I know fuel prices are really high right now, that 1:15 included disembarking too. Dinner also felt rushed at the end… and know that the wait staff will hit you up for gratuity at the end - not typical of European culture. Over all it was Ok, you’re in Paris on the Seine having diner.

Stay away. If it's the late afternoon, there's hot sun, inadequate air. Nobody is dressed for the "occasion." Had I known, I definitely wouldn't have paid $340 for two. Not $240. Not $140. Not $40. The beef was tough and cold, for which there was a $10 surcharge. The singer was loud and awful. We couldn't wait for it to be over. Nightmare is too mild a term. Live and learn. Please learn by reading this, not like how we learned. Finally, let me say it this way: No redeeming value. A total rip.

This was a really, really good experience. It was a surprise for my wife and she really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and very professionally prepared with some nice touches.
The only downside side was the very expensive photographs that you were pushed to buy and the actual cruise was a bit shorter than I thought it would be.

Our cruise was scheduled for Friday evening. I received a notification the day prior that it was canceled due to weather. I wa able to reschedule for Sunday evening. Apparently sometime on Sunday they sent a message that the meeting point had been changed. We are tourists and wifi is not always available therefore we didn’t get the message! We waited at the original meeting point for a long time and then saw the message about the change. By that time it would have taken us to get there, approx 25 minutes, the boat had already left. Tried calling the help number but only got a recording in French! I sent an email but it wasn’t returned until the next day.
I have requested a refund but as of today, Wednesday, no response. Very poor communication. I will not be booking again.

Departure time is miss leading in the communication, it said 6:45 but boarding started at 6:15 and when we are arrived the boat had departed. We rescheduled but paid an additional $80euros. The food was actually pretty good but waiter begged for a tip and the service was not that good. Enjoyed the sunset and monuments along the Seine. Need better direction to meeting location!!

I enjoyed a wonderful dinner cruise on the Seine River in Paris with my adult daughter. The food was excellent with a great variety of choices, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the water was an unforgettable moment we’ll both cherish. A truly magical evening and a beautiful way to experience Paris!

The cruise itself was ok. Views were spectacular. Dinner was mediocre. Staff was lovely. But the directions to get there were horrible. We saw others lost also. We arrived in the area early and almost missed the boat because it wasn't clear where to meet and how to descend to river level. Different people pointed us different ways and then in the last minute we ended up paying 25 euros for a medical. All you had to say was go to the keft bank side of the Seine (at the street name) and walk down the ramp to the river.

False photos of table arrangements - photos show nice comfortable spacing - ignore these, it's false - the tables are crammed in. Stand up and next table stands up with you ! Beware
Menu extremely limited, and pushy waiter wanting 10% tip - not obligatory, not on bill, but insistent that he should; add it - the company should pay their staff rather than have pushy waiters
Dinner however was well-prepared and cooked
the captain of the boat was very good indeed,, timed his location around the Eiffel Tower - Statue of Liberty correctly, waited for the on the hour tower sparkling light display - very well planned and executed - worth a great mention

More specific instructions needed as to where to board the Boat. Uber dropped us off quite far from the boat which led us to spend almost 30 minutes to find the boat.
Once on board the food and the experience was exceptional!!

A beautifull experience on the Seine with a perfect 3 course dinner. We chose the romantic evening package, and it was fantastic. The window seating was superb, the staff were very attentive but not too much. The meal was presented very well and a good proportion size. Wine selection was also very good. We certainly wished it was half an hour longer! Slight negative -dessert was presented very quickly after the main meal, but fully appreciate the matter of timing. We would certainly recommend this three course romantic dinner cruise.

Nice but not impressive. Tour stated English speaking but there was nothing said about what we were cruising by as far as the buildings. Sea bass was good, steak no so. Charged 18 for bottle water which for the price of the entire cruise, should have been included. Desert was served while docking.

Not worth the time and $$. Said cruise was 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was very rushed and charged extra for basically everything! We actually only cruised 1 to 1 1/2 hours and immediately when we boarded boat they were trying to serve our dinner. Very rushed and did not see anything at night. Very disappointed 😔

A pleasant evening on the Sienne with good food and live entertainment. However, the rude people that didn't pay for the front bay tables kept standing in front of our view to get photos and were oblivious to their surroundings.

It was very disappointing. It started well with two glasses of champagne but in spite of twice ordering wine and water, none of it ever arrived. The bill for it did and we refused to pay. The entire cruise only lasted from 18.30 till 20.00. Since it was our 55th wedding anniversary, we expected better.
