Top Oakland Wellness Classes in 2026

Our guests are ready to ditch happy hour in search of more mindful ways to connect through yoga, music, and nature. We offer this and more, and allow guests to play like a local! Yoga and Disco both have deep roots in the Bay Area. We love moving our bodies, whether on the mat or in the club, and we combined these two loves into a unique experience that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the Bay!
