Best Canal Cruise EVERRRRR!!

Hands down one of THE BEST canal cruises I’ve been on. It was a beautiful night. Our guide was hilarious and high! 😜 You will not be disappointed!! Just know, they don’t sell or provide herbs on the boat. You have to bring your own. I can’t wait to come back and bring my friends.

Great small group canal cruise!

We’re so happy we chose this canal cruise! The boat is beautiful and comfortable for the group of eight. Our captain was Gisela (my apologies if I misspelled it). Everyone was impressed with her skills maneuvering the boat and still telling us about the history of the canals, buildings and many other interesting things. We also enjoyed a coffee and delicious sweet bread; such a nice extra touch. The weather even cooperated; sunny. I definitely give this canal cruise my highest recommendation.

My flights delayed so...

My flights delayed so much I lost a day in Amsterdam and even tho it was after the free cancellation, the tour operator was kind enough to reschedule me. I showed up super early to my rescheduled tour to make sure I had the right spot and they got me on an even earlier boat. Our guide, David shared knowledge in a very laid back and hilarious way. Highly recommend!

Lovely canal ride

Boat was beautifully restored wooden boat that could go to canals that the larger boats couldn’t. Mr Sebi was very professional with his knowledge of Amsterdam, good snacks, and choices of beverages and upscale liquor. Would highly recommend and we liked the small group of 10.

The small size of the tour group made this a very personable outing! The group on board was fun and lively which made for a great time. Captain Dave’s group was extremely engaging and knowledgeable and provided interesting and informative commentary - all very of which was live and not prerecorded! There were plenty of beverages provided - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and since a birthday was being celebrated Captain Dave’s brought on some special treats for all passengers! The boat was comfortable but crowded with ample space for all on board. Can’t speak highly enough about Captain Dave and Captain Kareem and would happily recommend this group to anyone seeking a canal cruise in Amsterdam.

Highly recommend. Best way of seeing the quintessential Amsterdam. I have been here so many times and this time I discovered so much more thanks to the captain, friendly and knowledgeable. Relaxing way to tour Amsterdam with kids, no constantly worrying about stepping into all modes of traffic. “The boat ride was really fun.” - my kid says.

What boat do we go to?

The meeting point is not in front of the Anne Frank house. It is on the canal, and no one has any idenity from Viator. There are several cruise services. We asked the first one we came to who had a check in booth. The ticket we had did not have the tour company, so we had to search our old e-mails to find the tour operator. She was able to point us in the right direction for that tour operator. After that debacle, we boarded our boat and it was very informative and relaxing.

Best way to see Amsterdam from the water level

Calm, over 1hr trip around Amsterdam canals on a boat with drinks and lots of fun facts along the trip told by the ship crew. You can also admire impressive skills of the capitain in those narrow canal passages. Service on board is top level, really good atmosphere. Definitely worth it. Will take this trip again when i will be again in Amsterdam.
