Great Experience!

Very thorough walking tour of the older part of the city center but also focused a little on the fashion districts as well as the more historical spots. We went into a small church that is operated by volunteers as an extra treat and it was indeed. Simone was very knowledgeable and informative. Lucked out to get into see the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday as well as the Duomo given the services.

Great day trip to Venice

We only had a day spare to see Venice and luckily we were shown around by Barbera who made the trip from Milan to Venice go quite quickly with her interesting and engaging commentry. We saw and experienced everything we wanted to see including a Venetian glass blowing demo(after which we bought a vase) and a gondola ride together. There were obviously the crowds we expected but all in all it was a wonderful day

It was an awesome trip! I recommend you do this first thing when you arrive in Milan. This (all-day) trip was worth the time and money. We loved it all and can’t decide what our favorite part is. It’s a definite MUST for us again next time we come back. Bring portable battery and a phone stand for lots of pictures … I ran out of space from my cell and had to use my husband’s phone instead. The only thing is that we wish we had more time at our first time to do a little more shopping. They only gave us 30 mins and wished we had an hour instead. But all in all, it was an awesome trip!

Great Tour

The tour was worth every penny. From the easy meet-up spot, the guide's knowledge, and the pace made for an excellent experience. Our guide was easy to understand, provided fantastic commentary, and was an all around lovely person. The headsets worked great and we were able to hear everything she said. Not only would I highly recommend this tour, I would consider doing it again when I return to Milan because there is so much to see both inside and on the roof.

The Wonders of Italy

I have never done guided tours before, though i had travelled to Rome, Perugia, Pesaro, Passoscuro , Firenze etc previously and thought i had seen Italy with all its beauty....oh this was no comparison with taking the tour bus with Viator. Firstly, after booking, we received regular updates about the trip, this was very reassuring. Day of the trip...meeting location was easy to find and there was someone already waiting. The bus ride was smooth and Mariana was very knowledgeable. We were not rushed and everything was planned to perfection including the boat ride. There was so much to see and do in one day. You must do this trip from Milan and it is priced cost effectively so worth every penny

A Grand Day Out!

A long day but well worth it. The tour was in both English and Spanish so information announcements, etc. took some time! We were lucky with the weather, on a rainy day it could be less fun! All three locations, (Como, Bellagio and Lugano), are worth visiting, (especially Bellagio).

I’ve visited Lake Como and Bellagio before, but this trip booked through VedItalia was especially enjoyable. Our tour guide, Eleonora, was fantastic—she explained the itinerary clearly, shared interesting insights about the region, and was always happy to answer questions. I learned so much more about the area this time, which made the experience even more memorable. A special mention to our bus driver, Tony, who navigated the scenic and narrow roads of the Lake Como region with great skill, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views. Kudos to VedItalia for maintaining such high standards. I would happily book with them again—especially with Eleonora as our guide—and highly recommend this tour to others.

Comfortable and enjoyable day trip

To start with, the meeting point was easy to find and Guides were there to welcome us at least 20 minutes before departure. The tour bus was very comfortable and included power outlets to charge phones. Since this is a day long trip, it was extremely helpful to be able to charge the phone onboard. The tour guides were friendly, informative but also respectful of down time during the 3 hour drive to St. Moritz. In St. Mortiz they provided us very clear information on what to do and when to reconvene to take the Bernina train. During the train ride, they were very helpful to all passengers with pointing out various sights as they approached, telling us what we could and could not do on the 2 hour + journey. A bonus, our tour guides were very helpful to me and assisted me with securing a reservation at a restaurant that I was trying to contact and couldn’t get through to. Their kindness completed a very pleasant and enjoyable day !

Incredible tour

Incredible tour. Very well organised and Dali our tour guide was amazing... super knowledgeable and approachable. Also feel it was super good value for money. Also loved that she recommended a restaurant and got us settled in Bellagio so we didn't waste precious time looking / waiting for somewhere to eat. Can't recommend this tour enough and have already recommended to friends.
