Less food than other tours of this type, but our tour guide was amazing. Fun, helpful, friendly. Like spending the afternoon with a really knowledgeable Friend. And the food was amazing. He helped us find a spot for dinner that night!!

Really interesting commentary. Our guide was fantastic. The actual moment you see The Last Supper is breathtaking.

A once-in-a-life-time experience. Once you walk inside you will be taken back by its enormity and spiritual sense.
The guide we had very good with her knowledge.

Informative and engaging guide who escorted us throughout. The meeting point was easy to locate outside.
DOROTHY_M, Apr 2025
The last supper is an absolute MUST SEE!!!! Our guide was knowledgeable but or group had about 20 people. And he was talking about things that not all could see at the same time
LyndaM_S, Apr 2025
It was quite a privilege to see this important piece of art, and have an interesting commentary about it.
David_T, Mar 2025
The experience was good and although just a short amount of time at the painting it was enough considering they kept the size of the group relatively small. Just thought it was pricy for 15 min of viewing.
Melanie_M, Mar 2025
Only having 15 minutes with the picture was short but then they cut us off 3-4 minutes early and they were not nice about it.
Brenda_H, Mar 2025
Excellent tour. You will learn information about The Last Supper and the circumstances around its creation. Incredible! And no waiting in line!

This was a perfect way to view The Last Supper. The guide was an art historian and gave us so much information prior to entering and she was very helpful preparing us to enter. She continued to talk the entire time once we were in the space viewing the work, explaining every detail about the piece and Leonardo’s intention behind it. . She explained so many things about the piece and its history, it would have been an entirely different experience had we done it on our own and we would have missed so much information about the piece and its history. I highly recommend this tour! It’s also quick and we were able to do it quickly before our 7:30 dinner rewrvation.

Our guide was amazing! Great to hear the nuance of detail during the tour. Absolutely recommend if you’d like direction during the viewing

Great tour which was very well presented with a lot of passion and lots of insights into Leanardo Da Vinci.

Not great. I was expecting a chance to view and take in the marvel of the Last Supper masterpiece and see the church where it is located. Instead we were tortured for 15 minutes outside by the door telling what we were going to see, then we had to take our prepaid ticket and passport to ticket office and again have ticket scanned at the entrance. So including when we traded in our prepaid voucher for the ticket, there were 3 ticket checks/excanges. The tour guide was very repetitious the entire time, and did not give us a chance to enjoy The Last Supper painting and just discover for ourselves. Additionally she did not provide adequate time to view the south wall mural and staff kicked us out rudely at the end. There was no access to the rest of the church. For $188 for 2 adults and 1 child, I cannot recommend.

I was able to book this tour the day before which was very convenient since the ticket office was sold out for at least two weeks. The tour itself was very short and sweet. We met in front of the museum to collect our headsets and then off to the ticket office next door to retrieve the tickets. Once inside the actual museum you only get 15 minutes inside the rectory with the Last Supper. Our guide did a good job of explaining the artist’s perspective as well as the history of the church it is housed in. After 15 minutes is up, the docents hurry you out of the rectory to make room for the next group. All in all this tour lasted about 45 minutes, which was perfect for us.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that booking the tour was convenient for you and that you enjoyed the experience. It’s great to know our guide provided valuable insights during your visit. We highly appreciate your review and hope to see you again on another tour!

Knowledgeable guide. Easy purchase and redemption process. If possible participate during daylight as you don’t get to see the cloisters at night. Highly recommended.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the guide knowledgeable and that the booking process was smooth. We completely agree that visiting during daylight offers a better view of the cloisters. We appreciate your high recommendation and hope to welcome you again soon!
Rebecca_L, Dec 2024
It was very disorganized. The instructions said we had to go to the ticket office to retrieve our actual tickets before the tour so we were running around to three different offices there to find it to then find out we didn’t need to and that we would get them from a guy in the piazza with a flag. There were about 80 people hanging around the piazza and no one had a flag so there was no way to know who to go to. The ticket person for Viator should be clearly wearing a Viator shirt or hold a big sign or something and you need to update the meeting point instructions to say that you will get a ticket from the Viator person, not the ticket office.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion you experienced regarding the ticket retrieval and meeting point. Please note that we are the local tour provider and not Viator directly. We sell our tours through multiple platforms, including Viator, which is why our tour coordinator carries a sign card featuring all of our partner logos to help easily identify them.
Regarding your concern about the meeting point, we do understand how it could be frustrating. However, if you refer to the Viator experience page for this specific tour, in the *Meeting Point* section, it clearly states to look for our tour coordinator at the entrance of the museum, along with detailed instructions on how to recognize them.
We appreciate your feedback and will certainly review the meeting point instructions to ensure they are as clear as possible in the future. We hope that, despite this confusion, you were able to enjoy the rest of your tour. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

It was a bit difficult to find the tour group at the meeting point, because there were other tour groups at the same location. But I still give five stars. The guide explained interrelated history behind the tour and went over the details of the painting.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Thank you for your review and your kind 5-star rating! We apologize for the difficulty in finding the group at the meeting point—there are sometimes other tours in the area. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the historical insights and the details of the painting. We’ll make sure to work on making the meeting point easier to spot in the future. We hope to welcome you again soon!

Tour guide very knowledgeable. Beautiful paintings! Unfortunately there was a transportation strike and we had great difficulty getting back to our apartment

Hilary_P, Dec 2024
The guide was on time. He was informative about the artwork. A small enough group to be able to get photos.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you had a great experience with the guide and were able to enjoy the artwork and take photos. Small groups really do make a difference for a more personal experience. We hope to see you on another tour soon!
Nathan_M, Dec 2024
Horrible service, times are not accurate, process for ticketing was unbearable. museum staff are rude and the museum itself is beyond controlled. the limit your entry to 15 mins and lock you in these clear rooms upon entry and exit numerous times until you’re able to get out. would not recommend this to anyone, big waste of time.
Response from Host, Dec 2024
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand your frustration with the changes to the museum's rules and your experience with the ticket process. Being the local tour providor the museum's policies are beyond our control, these policies are indeed in place to preserve the artwork, including The Last Supper.
Since you had booked the group guided tour, the tour is created with an anticipated meeting point time, that is necessary for the check-in process of the group partcipants, handing over the audioguides, the tickets and initiation of the guide giving explanations before heading into the musuem.
The timing of how long you can stay inside the musuem is imposed by the musuem policies, due to the control of the humidity and air purification that is necessary to preserve the Masterpiece.
That said, we regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Your feedback is important, and we’ll share your concerns with the museum as well. We hope your future cultural experiences are more enjoyable.
Meredith_B, Dec 2024
The guide was very knowledgeable and had a passion for the piece and describing the way in which Da Vinci painted it. Good detail given about past restorations and the efforts made to protect the art now.
Response from Host, Dec 2024
Thank you so much ! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the guide's in-depth knowledge and passion for Da Vinci's masterpiece. It's wonderful to know you appreciated the detailed explanations about the painting process, past restorations, and the ongoing preservation efforts. Your feedback inspires us to continue delivering memorable experiences. We hope to see you on another tour soon!
