- San Siro is a fully operational stadium, hosting football matches, concerts, media events, and official club activities throughout the year. For this reason, the visitor route and accessible areas may vary depending on the day's operations.
- On match days or during special events, the tour or museum visit may be modified, shortened, or temporarily unavailable.
- During the concert season (mainly April–October), stage installation or dismantling may limit access to parts of the pitch, stands, or other stadium areas. On regular non-concert days, the standard route normally includes the pitch, dressing rooms, mixed zone, and museum.
- We recommend booking the earliest tour of the day for the best experience, with fewer visitors and better photo opportunities.
- During quieter periods, your guide accompanies the group throughout the visit. On busier days, our guides are positioned at key locations along the route to ensure smooth visitor flow while providing explanations and answering questions.

As indicated in the tour "thinks to know", during the summer months San Siro regularly hosts concerts and major events, which may temporarily limit access to areas such as the pitch. As a fully operational stadium, each visit can vary depending on the day's activities, making every tour a unique experience.
Really good experience liked the fact you are left to your own devices and move around the tour yourself. Great family experience.

Limited access, only really covered interview area, changing rooms and the stands in the stadium. Other tours I’ve done were far more in depth and covered extra areas, such as directors are, press box etc

Waste of money. Rubbish stadium and areas not visible due to concerts the following week. No notice given of this and could not see the pitch or the coach area. Tour only lasted 20 mins as nothing to see

We paid for a guided tour - instead we were told there wasn’t one so just had to wander around the stadium on our own. Very disappointing. Staff there told us we should have booked directly with the stadium.

Good to see , was nice to go in the dressing rooms . Was getting ready for a concert so no pitch and you can see it’s very dated but still historic and good to see.

Pretty shoddy if I’m being honest, no tour guide to actually explain what we were looking at and then you were hustling left to your own devices to show yourself around.
We had a self guided tour in San Siro. We visited different parts of the stadium and the museum. Good value for money, I recommend it.
The experience was generally poor and not up to expectations in comparison to other such as Barcelona, however the tour guide (I forgot his name, he was bold) was fantastic and make it worth it, if I will recommend it for someone ro visit the San Siro it will be because of the tour guide, that man was really great and make the tour really informative and enjoyable, as an inter fan, I was almost going to convert to Milan bcz of him hhh he deserves a rise
This is a self guided tour so you go at your own pace. Staff on hand throughout to answer any questions you have. The tour starts with a very small museum (which can be busy) before heading into the stadium. Compared to other stadium tours we have done, you don't really get to see a lot, but was still worth the visit.
Very unrushed experience. You can show up anytime the day of your ticket and take as many photos as you’d like. The only downside side was not having a guide to ask questions. It is a self tour so you need to find someone to ask a question of, and we had a hard time finding someone.

This is a self guided tour be prepared to be robbed it’s one of the worse if not the worst tour I’ve been on
Great experience. It is a very impressive stadium to visit and the museum is very interesting. It would have been nice if we could have walked the whole way around the stands but we weren’t permitted.

The tour guide was very informative spoke both in English and Italian. There was plenty of time to have a good look around. The guide also offered to take pics and advised the best spots to take them.
Took my football mad son for a stadium tour for his birthday - it’s a very impressive stadium! Absolutely huge! The museum was crammed with signed shirts of legends, pictures, trophies, memorabilia etc. the value of the content must be huge but the museum isn’t even a solid structure - more like Porta cabins. They could do so much more.
The actual stadium tour was good however it was quick and we didn’t get to see huge amounts. The changing rooms, walk out tunnel, press area - that was about it. Would’ve liked to see more - the kitchens, boot rooms, press room where they interview managers etc. considering how big the stadium was we didn’t see much.

Self guided tour through the museum and the stadium. The museum had many items from the years of match's and other events held at the stadium. The tour through the stadium allow us to view parts where the players walk through and we were able to stand at the edge of the pitch where players usually are. It was nice to get their perspective from the sideline. We were able to visit the gift shop and purchase items in preparation for the follow days game. Overall good experience.
Touring San Siro was epic! AC Milan and Inter have two vastly different stories, locker rooms, and philosophies. The Olympics will be here soon! Walking onto the pitch from where the players do was somewhat surreal. Definitely a 10 outta 10 tour! In not a huge soccer fan but I know Inter and AC Milan very well. Also seeing all the different trophies 🏆 was cool. Our guide was really good too! Did it in both English and Italian.
What an iconic stadium, so glad I have managed to personal witness it before it goes. However, the tour was a little anticlimactic given the stadiums status.
I have done a few tours now (Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, Anfield & The Hawthorns) and this was the shortest tour and the museum at the stadium is the smallest iv seen.
It was good that you get to go pitch side and the tour guide was excellent, providing a lot of interesting information. Also, the tour guide and security did not rush customers, they let you take as many pictures and videos as you wanted, which was better than all the other tours I have done.
However, I think they miss a trick on the tour not taking customer to the third tier of the main stand, to see the view of Milan City. Also, I think they should take customers down the iconic spiral exits.
All that said, it is a good tour and would recommend people go see the stadium before it leaves this world 😕
The guide did very well at explaining everything and the history of the team, a very friendly atmosphere.
My 11 years old son loved the tour.
We had a very friendly tour guide , he interacted with my son and everyone else. Made us feel very welcome and the whole experience was relaxed and fun. We stopped to the gift shop after and purchase a beautiful football
We didn't get to do the stadium tour cos it was a game day and they closed the stadium on us and wouldn't let us in. Told us to try tomorrow. Very upset

A great way to see San Siro behind the scenes and feel part of the game. Our lovely Spanish guide easily switched from Italian to English and back again without missing a beat while telling us the history and current news about this huge stadium.
Very nice, specially 3D was perfect , and the guide has knowledge and answer all questions with smile
