The pick up point is near to Milan central train station, very easy to locate.
Bus is punctual, it take 90min to reach the outlet.

Rude to black people that have tickets for ride. The ticket takers that stand in front of the bus are the rudest. Was in line and was ignored and just walked off like we were not there. This is just for those that want to go so they won’t be surprised by their behavior. The trip is fine because after that there isn’t any interaction with any workers.

Convenient pickup… no eating or drinking on the bus. Wish return time was more flexible. WiFi was not working for me. Only usb to charge.

The meeting point info, google map link provided in the booking confirmation were very clear and very easy to navigate. The timing when the bus gets back will be shared clearly, hard to miss. They also give you return tickets (DO NOT LOSE THEM) and share the time when the bus gets backs to Milan. I lived travelling with this bus service. Honest, very clear and easy.

Your bus was late for approximately an hour. You changed the location and the time, without giving the possibility of a money refund. And we waited for the bus, this hour that he was late during a strong storm. Normally, the bus should have been waiting the bus.

Bus was on time and ride was comfortable. The outlet was large enough to occupy us for a whole day with some nice restaurants. The restaurants can have more variety though. Brands like Gucci and Prada had a disappointing range of goods, limited and quite old.

Easy simple to book and instructions with Google map helps to find the meeting point to board the bus. The electronic ticket you get in your email is fine, there is no longer the need to go to the Milan visitor center to get the physical ticket. But when you arrived at the outlet, the bus driver will pass you a physical ticket with the return time printed on it that you have to produce to board the bus.

Excellent transportation in an air conditioned bus with a very friendly driver. The discount stores are exactly that. There are stains on some of the rugs and many items for sale are those that didn’t sell in the bougie stores in the city. Many of the store still have security guards to maintain the impression of exclusivity. The layout of the shopping area is superb with many cushioned benches, airy and a pleasure to walk through.

The bus was good and on time
A few suggestions:
- the company can have multiple buses travelling to and from seravalle so that one can come baxk on its own time as opposed to having a fixed time
- the AC on the bus was poor and could be improved. It was suffocating at times

The bus is extremely hot. The times are extremely varied. The departure time to the arrival time is span across 11 hours which is not conceivable to be somewhere that hot for 11 hours.

The outlet mall was lovely- especially the VIP lounge and drop bag services.
The ride home bus ride was a nightmare: athe air conditioning was not working and the bus interior got dangerously hot and steamy since its windows could not be opened. The company had us on and off different busses along the way to get us into air conditioning.

We left Milan on the 10.30 bus and were given tickets home on the 19.30 bus. We finished early and wanted to get on the 17.30 bus. To do this they charged us an extra €10, I don’t know why???? Also the staff could smile a little bit, a little smile goes a long way. Having said that the trip was smooth & efficient and the bus was clean and tidy. The outlet itself is massive and we enjoyed our experience there!!
