There are about 200 various shops, many advertising great bargains, selling everything from shoes to cosmetics to clothing to sportswear. The experience was excellent. Bus departed and returned exactly at the scheduled time. Shopping variety is good and there are stores for different budgets. For those with spare time, I would definitely recommend this shopping experience.

Long Day - Hit & Miss if it Will Be Successful

Everyone talked about this mall so wanting a bargain we took this tour out there. First it is about a 1-1.5 hour drive one way dependent upon traffic. With the timing we had 5 hours which was way too long. They have the high end stores - Gucci, Burberry, Prada. If you want a purse but cannot afford regular prices and aren't picky on style then you'll get one 1/2 off. As for clothes it is a hit and miss. They had alot of clothes but not alot of sizes. And alot of the clothe were weird, clothes you would never wear on a regular basis. We honestly were ready to leave in about 3 hours but had to stick it out due to having to go with our shuttle time (they wouldn't allow us to go on an early time slot). And to take an uber back was over $300. I wish they had true shuttles going back as there were alot of people I think would have left earlier. Or maybe let you select when purchasing a ticket how long you want to spend and select your return time instead of it being set. It was a wasted day for us - I mean it could have been successful if they had the sizes but we struck out. I Again you want a purse, then go.... otherwise I'd reconsider spending an entire day here while in Italy.

Bus started on time and staff are helpful. But it does take nearly 2hours one way. I would recommend going 10am and come back by 6 or 7pm.

AC issues in the bus

First of all positive things , the bus was big and clean, pick up and drop at right time The main problem we faced was that the Ac was not working for the outbound bus. For almost 90 minutes we were literally in an oven, kids had a tough time as our trip was in summer and the bus had no cooling. So if booking and getting the bus, check the Ac if it’s summer .

Get to the bus stop at least 30 minutes before your departure. It may be difficult to find your bus. The departures start at 4 pm, so plan for an all day experience. If you do not want to spend a whole day you may have to look into other means of transportation

Crowded bus

The bus was crowded so make sure you get there early. The discounts in a lot of the stores aren't massive but you can boost it with an extra 10% if you join McArthur Glen. Also you can get the tax back if you are from outside EU make sure you ask for a firm with your purchases over €70.

Very straightforward and simple Get on the bus , get off the bus. We got on at Milan Centalè left on time but took almost an hr to get out of town and picked up Another group on the way. Drive was smooth and we got there in under 2 hrs. Well worth the visit. Was a smooth ride back too comfortable reliable and on time.

Rude to black people that have tickets for ride. The ticket takers that stand in front of the bus are the rudest. Was in line and was ignored and just walked off like we were not there. This is just for those that want to go so they won’t be surprised by their behavior. The trip is fine because after that there isn’t any interaction with any workers.

The meeting point info, google map link provided in the booking confirmation were very clear and very easy to navigate. The timing when the bus gets back will be shared clearly, hard to miss. They also give you return tickets (DO NOT LOSE THEM) and share the time when the bus gets backs to Milan. I lived travelling with this bus service. Honest, very clear and easy.

Your bus was late for approximately an hour. You changed the location and the time, without giving the possibility of a money refund. And we waited for the bus, this hour that he was late during a strong storm. Normally, the bus should have been waiting the bus.

Bus was on time and ride was comfortable. The outlet was large enough to occupy us for a whole day with some nice restaurants. The restaurants can have more variety though. Brands like Gucci and Prada had a disappointing range of goods, limited and quite old.

Easy simple to book and instructions with Google map helps to find the meeting point to board the bus. The electronic ticket you get in your email is fine, there is no longer the need to go to the Milan visitor center to get the physical ticket. But when you arrived at the outlet, the bus driver will pass you a physical ticket with the return time printed on it that you have to produce to board the bus.
