We opted for this tour on our last day in KL. We had already seen Batu Caves so opted to miss this out and only go to Genting Highlands. We were dropped off at the bottom Awana Skyway cable car station, given our digital tickets via WhatsApp and left to explore at our own leisure, i.e. cable car up to the Chin Swee Caves, then onto Genting Skyworlds, cable car back down to Premium Outlets mall adjacent to the cable car station. For us this was an ideal last day, very leisurely and we went at our own pace - Iliyas was our driver and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. So this is not a tour as such but more of private taxi service (although bear in mind we omitted the Batu Caves part which may have involved more of a guided tour, but we can't comment on that). We almost certainly could have done it cheaper with separate Grab taxi journeys but having a dedicated driver at our convenience was reassuring for us as we needed to be certain we could get back to KL by a certain time and we didn't want to worry about being able to hail a taxi when needed. As for Genting Highlands itself, the views are pretty spectacular and the Skyworlds resort has plenty of activities. Batu Caves should not be missed so this combination tour is a good option.

Our driver Rin was in constant communication with us and picked us up on time. We were a small group only and the van was comfortable. Our tour guide Ramish was very good and explained the sites well. This tour visits several essential Kuala Lumpur sites such as Batu Caves, Merdeka Square, National Mosque, River of Life, Central Market & Chinatown, and in the end, we were dropped off at the Petronas Towers where we took more photos. It helps that the Petronas Towers is just a 15 minute walk to our hotel in KLCC. Overall, it was a good day and we were very satisfied with the service.

At first, I didn't receive a reply to my messages to confirm our participation and so I had to contact Viator. This tour did not do hotel pick ups and we had to go to the meeting place Citadines Waterfront. We were met by our tour guide Eddie and we rode a van. We visited the floating mosque and the chocolate house. There was a delay in leaving the chocolate house and we waited for our van for 20 minutes, as the driver had to pick up another set of tourists. Then we had to switch to another van and we lost our original seats. Anyway, John was our guide at this point. It was an hour's drive to the Bongawan river. On arrival , we were served refreshments. It was a good day for cruising around to see the Proboscis monkey and the crocodile. Then we watched the sunset at the beach and someone made a fireworks demonstration. We rode the boat again to view the fireflies. After the river cruise, we had a good dinner before heading back to KKCC and we were glad that Eddie and John took us back to our hotel and not the meeting place so that we don't have to walk at night.

Our driver was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of questions and gave comprehensive descriptions of all of our stops. He also gave some great advice to help us enjoy our remaining days in KL. He had great energy. The route really suited us and we were able to maximise our time and enjoyment.

Wow what a day! This is something you must book if you are staying in Ipoh. We had the most incredible day at the tea plants, orchid centre and looking at the water fall. We also enjoyed a tasty lunch of our choice. Our guide Mike really made the trip so special his knowledge was amazing and he told us a lot of information without overloading us. He was warm, friendly and kind. Mike did everything to ensure we had a special day and he was part of making it so special

A great way to visit Malacca from KL. Good comms, timely pick-up, modern, comfortable minibus. Our guide Yoga was a great ambassador for Malacca and indeed Malaysia. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and considerate, he made the trip great fun. Cruise (apparently weather permitting) was a highlight and the lunch was very convivial.

It was a long day but so worthwhile. The highlights for me were the tea valley and going to the waterfall. I was only expecting a basic lunch but was pleasantly surprised to find it was a buffet at the golf course! Throughout the day Mani was informative and friendly. At the end of the trip, as well as dropping off people at hotels he let me jump out near to China Town and gave me superb directions that I didn’t need to look at Google Maps at all

This is a MUST!! What an amazing tour and experience!! Our day was full of so much that it’s hard to put it all down in print, but the river tour was exceptional! Eagles, monkeys, BATS, scenery…..the list goes on! If you get the chance to book a tour, it must be this one!
