We were picked up on time at 9am, in the description it said we would be taken to the cable cars then eagle square to look around the shops. We were taken to eagle square first, ao no shops were open, completely pointless. Then on our way our driver stopped off at an ATV experience and we were ask to take part in that, this was not booked and we said we didn’t want to do it, but they still tried to sell us it and wanted to know why we didn’t want to do it… We were then taken to the cable car and the driver picked up the tickets for us and then said come back to the car when you are ready. No explanation of where to go, what was included. The cable cars are a great experience but this trip is overpriced, if we had got a grab taxi from the hotel we would not of paid anything close to what we paid for this trip.

We had a wonderful day with Guide Sarena. She showed us more than we expected. We had the oportunity to book a speedboat just for the two of US and we really enjoyed that. ExpressTickets for the the cable car included glass bottom. But be aware that there are no Express Tickets to go to the Sky Bridge. Going back up means waiting 1,5 h or 300 stairs.

Our driver Azrin was on time and eager to show us the island, his English was very good.
The cable car and sky ride is absolutely the best!! Watch for extra costs to enjoy some aspects. Also don’t miss a drive thru Kuah even if you don’t have time for the whole island.

Enjoyed all activities except would have liked to know ahead of time that if you didn’t do fast track there are MANY steps of various heights down/up. No possible way I (83yrs old) could climb back up. Also my partner has cardiac issues & as RN would no way allow him to try. Luckily we found a way to buy ticket & be taken down in cable car. All in all, lived the guide & efficiency.

This ecperience is nice BUT be prepared to queue long time -even with express lane-, we spent 3h for this. Once on the lane no seat, no toilets. On my opinion you can stop at first station no need to go to sky bridge on 2nd, you will save time. Beyond this we were satisfied with our tour operator especially with our driver Liza thar was very kind and helpful.

This was an eight hour tour, but it could be shorter if required.
Our driver was Osman. He took us to see the eagle statue, a waterfall, a lovely beach, then to cable car 🚡 and Sky Bridge.
Overall a good day.

Not happy that Viator didnt inform us that cable car/sky bridge wasn't open due to winds
Driver also didnt inform us till he stopped at other tourist spots to have us pay for other excursions

The views are breath taking. If you walk to the bridge via the nature trail be aware of the uneven steps going down and there is only a hand rail on one side so we opted for the sky rail back up that was 10 rm per person well worth the cost

This experience was very enjoyable, but it is a long day. The views and opportunity for photos was amazing, as were the views. We took up the approx 1 Hr quad bike option (at an additional 450 Ringgits cost) to the waterfalls which we found novel and enjoyable. If you wish to view the highest waterfall point, expect to climb many steps. There can be an additional cost if you wish to purchase the photos they take along the route. Overall and in hindsight, i would do it again.

Only for the very brave, or mad! Amazing experience and views once you actually get to the top! I have a real fear of heights- but managed to get to the top and see everything. Langkawi looks amazing from the top-definitely a trip to do, if only once in your life- not for the faint hearted!

We had booked a tour to the skyway and skybridge. Our driver arrived on time but instead of taking us there took us around the island to Mangroves where we were pressured into taking a 2 hour tour of the mangroves for 500 ringgit. We turned this down and then the driver took us to a waterfall which we were not interested in. Eventually a lot later we got to the cable car for the skyway. But the weather had changed and from the top we couldn't see anything. Then it started to rain heavily and we couldn't get to the sky bridge as they closed it, so we wasted that ticket. So all in all a disappointing experience which would have been much better if we had done the what we had booked first while the weather was good.

Never expected that from viator. The driver-cum-guide came late. Then he took us to other attractions (not included under the tour) and tried to sell us those - thus wasting our time. After we told him to focus on the covered attractions only, he became indifferent. On our final attraction (cable car) that was 3-hour duration, he took away the car and we had to wait for more than 15 minutes before he came to pick us up.
There was no water provided in the summer heat (he told that his agency said it is not covered).
