Four sites in one morning.

This you’re covers a number of the must see sights. Maybe I was lucky, but Jag was the perfect guide, total knowledge and excellent English. One criticism, I do object to be taken to a local trade shop where they try to sell you hand painted cloth. It’s very interesting but in my experience designed to try and sell you something you don’t want. Viator, cut this practice out!!

Great communication, before the tour as well as during it, was incredibly knowledgable ( about the food and culture ) and fun too. We visited some really interesting places with the the most delicious food to sample. Worth it!!

Honestly, our driver and guide, Mr. Aru, was the absolute highlight of our time in KL. I was traveling with my family —my wife, my elderly parents, and our young son—and Mr. Aru handled our pacing perfectly. He was so incredibly patient and made sure no one felt rushed. Something to keep in mind: besides the Petronas Twin Towers, the other sites on this itinerary are actually free to enter on your own. However, booking this tour was 100% worth every penny just to have Mr. Aru with us. His deep knowledge of Malaysian history and culture gave so much context to what we were looking at, which we never would have gotten on our own. Plus, he has a good sense of humour! He was keeping the energy up in the car all day. Five stars, highly recommend asking for him!

Exceptional experience

The tour guide, Chandran, was truly exceptional. He displayed the highest level of professionalism; he is very knowledgeable, and most importantly, eager to answer any questions that we had. He also offered to take -and actually took- pictures of each one of us outside the Petronas tower. Importantly, the tour lasted 10 h, as advertised. We all had an outstanding experience. Wonderful Day

We had a fantastic day that started with the river tour. It was short but sweet, the location was beautiful and we saw a few monitor lizards so that was cool. Douglas, our guide, was very knowledgeable throughout the historical tour and our lunch was absolutely plentiful & delicious! It was a 11.5 hr day by the time we got back to KL but so worth it!

Gerald is hands down one of the best guides I’ve encountered in my travels — funny, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great time. He brought real energy and personality to every stop. The Cameron Highlands themselves are stunning, and the tea plantation area was a highlight — beautiful scenery and fascinating to learn about. What really set this tour apart was the visit to an indigenous community where we actually got to blow darts. That kind of authentic, off-the-beaten-path experience is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. Logistics were seamless too — the bus was spotless and comfortable, and the driver was skilled and incredibly courteous. The whole operation felt thoughtful and well-run. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Fauzi is everything you could want in a tour guide — personable, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have the best possible time. He provided rich, engaging insights at every stop, took us to a fantastic lunch, and even surprised my parents with coconut drinks that they absolutely loved. Small gestures like that go a long way. He is also an excellent, safe driver — punctual, organized, and clean — and we were able to hit every spot we wanted within our 8-hour tour without feeling rushed. What really stood out was how attentive he was to our specific needs. I mentioned ahead of time that my mom has some difficulty with extended walking, and without hesitation, Fauzi adjusted the itinerary to accommodate her. That kind of flexibility and care is rare. A great day day!

Our brilliant guide Nishan collected us right in time and gave us some I formation about KL on our way to Batu Caves. When we arrived he took photos of us and gave us plenty of time to climb the steps and see the temple. Then on to Genting Highlands. Nishant gave us lots of info and then we had lots of time again to enjoy our visit. The Batu Caves are worth doing, very interesting! And the steps aren’t so bad. Genting Highlands is a revelation- the cable car affords fab views even through mist. The Chinese Temple is a must. At the top we skipped the Casino and theme park, then came down and had food and did a little shopping. A great day out and good value. Thank you Nishant!

Great cultural tour...

A great half day tour of some of the key hustoric sites and areas of KL. Siva was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about all facets of this great city. We would certainly book other tours in the area if we get a chance to return. Everything ran like clockwork and it was great to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel.
