A really lovely intro to KL. Great vehicle, although hard to see everything out of tinted windows. Driver was lovely, informative and flexible - we had only arrived that morning so we’re pretty tired and this was a great start to our trip.

It felt like I was with a Uber driver and not a tour. I wish I did this on my own via Grab. We asked him to show little India and he said it's too far. He drops us 15 mins earlier to our hotel. Disappointing experience

Not worth the money. The driver was kind and informative. The tour price is not justified, most of the spots are just pass through and they do not even stop for you to see it. It’s only looking out of the window of your car.

On the evening of your tour, Kuala Lumpur experienced continuous heavy rain, which unfortunately affected outdoor sightseeing and visibility at certain locations. For the safety and comfort of our guests, some areas could not be stopped at for extended periods, and a few highlights were viewed from the vehicle due to the weather conditions.
Despite these challenges, our driver made every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Stops were made at key attractions such as Thean Hou Temple, Chinatown, Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka Square, and River of Life, allowing visits where weather conditions permitted. Umbrellas were also provided to assist guests during the rain.
We truly regret that the experience did not feel worth the price for you, and we appreciate your honest feedback, which helps us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better weather conditions for a more enjoyable experience.

The fountain show and seeing the Petronas Towers at night is the best reason to do this tour. Seeing other things like the national monument were cool too. Like Dubai, this city really comes to life at night and it’s a must see for anyone going to Malaysia. Al was a great guide too!

Its a hire hire rather than tour better to go same places at much cheaper on private grab which is like uber in malaysia and have your own time schedule

This was very interesting. Went to Chinese temple all light up . Then around lots of places the meeting of the rivers . Worth seeing , then to see the fountains at petronis towers. Thanks Rajin . Had a great time .

I was the only person on the tour, which I don't like, however the advantage is that I got to skip half the things I had seen previously and spend more time at a couple of places that interested me. The guide was nice, but did not impart much information as as the company does not pay for parking as part of the tour, he was essentially a taxi driver who drove me to places, pointed in a direction and gave me a time to be back at the vehicle. I could have saved myself a lot of money just doing this on my own and catching a taxi separately to a couple of places.
Another disadvantage of this tour is that it started at 4pm. It is supposed to be a night tour, so when I got up to the Thean Hou Temple, it was still light and I did not get that full affect of the place being fully lit up under night skies.

Four of us did this tour & one friend is living in KL and we all loved it
I was skeptical after reading the reviews & not too confident but it was great, the best thing we did in KL
Our driver was awesome, very knowledgeable
The sights were beautiful at night and it was cooler than doing them during the hot day so that was a win
We were planning on doing the hop on hop off bus one day but decided against it as felt like this tour covered everything
We did get torrential rain during our market visit but can’t help that
We were picked up and dropped off at our accomodation
Cannot fault this tour, highly recommend

Our driver left us for 50 minutes waiting for him at the TL tower. His English was not so good and in overall an average experience.

Avoid this as its a total rip off, of all the tours I've ever done all round the world this is the only one I felt absolutely conned. Whilst the driver showed us he was instructed to do what the 'overview' of the tour described the 'what to expect' bit of the tour was non existent. Out of 12 points to expect 5 stops and 5 pass bys were missed off completely. The 3 hr experience was spent mostly stuck in the famous KL traffic jams. We only went to Central Market as the temple was closed and then on to Petaling St in Chinatown then finally to the towers and light symphony. We could have done this by walking it or taken the purple bus line which is free. I queried the schedule with the driver as it was hard to understand each other even though it states professional English speaking drivers, he was only following what the overview says and even said that the website description could not be done in 3hrs! I've emailed the agent in KL to complain about this and have heard nothing back. A massive trade descriptions act violation, nothing more than a taxi ride to 3 places and one to definitely avoid.

This was such a fantastic experience. I was time-poor and travelling solo so a private tour to take me to the places of interest was not only a great way to get around Kuala Lumpur, but also a wonderful way to hear more about the history of KL. Highly recommended.
