Sky cab is not organised well , we have to wait for 50 min to get in the sky cab inspite of paying 60 RM
Per pax extra for Express . Tour operators give you less time leaving you hurrying from point to point .
We missed our planned activities also in this trip - Skydome , Art Box cannot be completed

A big thank you to our guide Mohamad Azlly for making our cable car & sky bridge experience so special. I would highly recommend this tour for cruise ship excursions. Ali was amazing , he took us to eagle square, maha tower & showed us around Langkawi. Finally Ali took all our stress away by ensuring we got back to the cruise ship on time & he even went back to maha tower to collect my iphone which I had lost at the tower.

Fauzi our driver made our experience extra special! He gave a friendly and informative tour of a local shop and restaurant after our fantastic visit to the sky bridge and deck. The views of from the sky bridge and deck were spectacular and breathtaking. Definitely a must see.

We had a bit of waiting for a glass cabin which was not worth it. Just take an ordinary cabin. The experience and the sky bridge is lovely but you had to hike down to the sky bridge and hike up from it (steep steps) or else..there was further waiting of 45 minutes for a baby funicular and it costed extra.
Other than that we went to see the Eagle statue and there were an option doing other trips (like mangrove, crocodile etc) fot extra cot…..this was a sore point as this tour was very very overpriced anyway..taking the actual cost into account. The driver was lovely.

WARNING: SCAM – STAY AWAY!
This is nothing but a money trap. They advertise a “private tour,” but in reality, all you get is a driver who drops you off, hands you a ticket, and disappears not to be seen until you decide to go back hotel. There is no actual guide, no tour, no added value whatsoever.
What makes it worse? A simple cab to the venue costs just £3 for 25 minutes, and the fast-track ticket for the full package is only £22 at the counter. This company charges £60+ per person for doing absolutely nothing except being an overpriced middleman. It charged me £94 as a solo traveller.
Everything is already included on-site, and you can easily explore it yourself. This company relies on misleading advertising to rip people off.
Do NOT book with them. Save your money and buy tickets directly at the venue. Paying them is throwing your money away. Moreover there is soo much more that can be added to the ticket once you buy at the counter like 6D cinema for an additional £4 which was a blast. Please do your research online.

You want to cancel your trip before 15 minutes, this is not appropriate, because our policy is 24 hours before then you give an unfounded opinion while you are not involved in this activity at all and do not show up at the promised place and time. I paid £88 for this tour. A man picked me up from my hotel. He spoke little English, he drove me 20 minutes to the eagle statue told me to go take a photo and come back in 15 minutes, I asked him if he was going to come with me he just replied no. I took a photo got back in the car he then drove me 20 minutes to the sky bridge gave me a ticket and said come back in 2 hours.
The cost of the ticket he gave me was £8 so I basically paid £80 to be drove for 40 minutes which a local taxi would have cost my less than £10 for the journey. They have scammed me out of £70. I contacted viator when I was at the skybridge about the issue. they did little to help and refused to give me a refund because the tour had already started even after explaining that I had over paid by a substantial amount then didn’t seem to care.
If I had brought the ticket myself and got local taxis I would have spent less than £18 so these scammers have charged me and extra £70 for nothing and viator has done nothing to help me recover the money.
Avoid these scammers at all cost, the 5 star reviews must be fake on here as I got no tour guide to guide me and take photos just a strange man who didn’t seem to care less then to take my money.

Fauzi was a great driver and tour guide. The cable car and Bridgewalk a worthwhile experience and the express pass was definitely worth it. Additionally, Fauzi made the trip extra special by taking us to local sights and restaurants.

Bak did a great job for us. Got us to the Sky Cab before a cruise ship tour. He knew how to navigate for us. That alone was helpful. Enjoyed the upgrade of a glass bottom Sky Cab. Sky Bridge was good too. Nice day with Bak.

I was lucky to have a sunny day with stunning views. Since I was the only guest, the tour operator was able to customize the tour to my liking. Most importantly, he gave me his share of a refund I was entitled to because the Viator app reverted back to booking for two people after I had selected one person. Viator did not acknowledge their error.
