It was very pleasant. Diano was very knowlegeable and good at keeping track of time for each stop. The experiences would have been enhanced if I had done a little more research on what we were about to visit.

Our driver guide was prompt, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Sometimes a bit difficult to hear as the car was noisy inside. Vehicle was comfortable.
We saw all sites on the itinerary.

Saiful was our driver and tour guide. He was a great driver and awesome tour guide. We went to the amazing Batu Caves, King's Palace, KL Tower, Kuala Lumpur Downtown, Twin Towers, and ate a delicious Malaysian food at Haslam that Saiful recommended. Their food was the best!!! Overall, we recommend this private tour to anyone and Saiful was awesome!! Thank you for the excellent service.

We toured KL with Lily as our guide. She was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of KL. She was very flexible when we wanted to change the itinerary to avoid climbing the 272 steps to the Batu Caves. We highly recommend this tour especially if Lily is your guide.

Ary was an excellent driver and his English was very good. We really enjoyed our day trip which was customized to our interests. We were picked up promptly at the cruise pier in Port Klang and then visited the Batu Caves, twin towers, Merdeka Square, River of Life, Central Market, and the Temple. We would recommend this tour and driver for any cruise ship passengers wanting to visit KL.

Our driver/guide Razeef was outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and he did a perfect tour. He communicated with me his contact information and was very organized throughout. We went to Batu Cave, then saw all the KL highlights! Razeef smoothly navigated through traffic to/from KL and kept the tour on time and perfectly paced. He made our Port Klang excursion truly memorable!

The trip delivered in terms of doing the itinerary we booked. KL is a large modern city with some iconic tall buildings. The Batu cave was fascinating and very busy.

Razif our driver allowed us to run this complete trip visiting the sites we wanted to see and any changes were no problem at all. We were dropped off and picked close to all the points we visited. Even after getting stuck in traffic due to an accident outside of anyone’s control , our driver went out of his way to get us back to ship on time before its departure . A really professional and courteous service. Can not recommend highly enough.
