Weather was disastrous, skybridge was closed , visibility was nil yet we were told we still had to ascend on the cable car by the tour guide . Again we didn't see a thing and we're struggling to see 2m from the car. It would have been a better scenario if we given the opportunity to defer our ascend to another day but again we were told we had to use our tickets, not sure why because we were told by others staying at our resort that they just bought on the day they wanted to go up.

There were zero good moments about this trip because basically it never happened 🤷♀️. No private tour guide And the person that showed up to collect is was in fact 20 minutes late but then said he was only a driver 🤷♀️. After that it got worse 🤷♀️ there were no cable cars even running that day until after 12.00 but our ( booked with first entry ) tickets had zero value later in the day . What a mess 🤦♀️

Fantastic trip, good communications with Mr Amy to arrange pickup. Mr Farez was an excellent host for the trip, very welcoming and clean and comfortable vehicle, expertly driven. Tour as described, a nice introduction to Langkawi.

I overpaid for what was essentially just a taxi and driver to take me to and from the sky cab with a brief stop off at Eagle Square. Not a guided tour at all. Would have been cheaper organising a Grab taxi and paying for the sky cab tickets myself. We still had to queue to redeem the ticket.
Sprite the driver was very sweet but her English was limited therefore communicating was tricky and she barely spoke and was on her phone for much of the drive over.
Having said that, the sky cab and sky bridge are very much worth doing but I’d just go early ( get there for about 9.30) and do under your own steam instead. Don’t bother with this “tour”

Going up in the cable car and turning round to see the breathtaking views. Going the walk to the Sky Bridge and not really knowing what to expect and you reach the platform and Wow - it was worth it.

Got there early before the crowds. Paid for express lane tickets but these weren’t necessary. Cable car ride was excellent. Not much to do at the sky bridge but I guess it’s just about experiencing the view. We had fantastic weather.

Booked via Viator. Booked to be collected from a cruise terminal and paid the price asked. Messaged 3 times via Viator to check everything was on track for our trip half way around the world. DID NOT REPLY ONCE. Viator assured me was all was as it should be.
With less than 24 hours to go before the trip Viator informed me that I must pay more money to be collected from the port. It was either pay more or lose the trip. Extortion! Paid the money under duress. Next day collected and taken to cable cars. There was a problem with the tickets so we stood around for half an hour whilst the driver phoned and texted to sort out tickets. Shambles. The driver literally never spoke a word to us throughout our journeys which made for a tense atmosphere.
I was not an enjoyable experience.
I would definitely not recommend this company. Their customer support is none existent.
I complained to Viator via live chat. They contacted the company and immediately sided with them. Bare this in mind if you complain to Viator.

Even though I explained I had a hard time walking, the driver parked as far away from all the other tour drivers, he spoke very little English, and took us to restroom that was locked. We were encouraged to take the time we wanted at the Sky Cab and then charged an additional hour fee.

Our tour guide was so helpful always got us in front of the lines at the cable car and skywalk tour. He was very professional, very thorough. He took a picture before and after the tour to make sure we were delivered safe and sound this is one of my best tours I ever had. Thank you via tour.

tour on this trip apart from
Being dropped at eagle square for 14 mins and then onto the cable car We were picked up and dropped off more a taxi service.

Amazing trip worth visiting.
Our tour guide Abu was top notch and very friendly. Highly recommended. We were provided with a very comfortable and new people carrier for 5 of us. Great communication with our guide. 👌🏼

Very knowledgeable driver who was happy to chat and gave us loads of information. Sky Bridge was closed due to rain in the morning so he took us for an ATV ride up to the waterfall (at an extra charge obviously) but it was great fun.
As he had Friday prayers he was happy to give us as long as we needed up at the Sky Bridge so eventually our patience paid off and we got to see the views when the sky cleared. Good trip and good to see the views.

Feiz, our driver was great--took us to the best places, provided useful info and assistance, and was knowledgeable and friendly. The agency was flexible about our tight cruise schedule. The sites were spectacular. "A great time" as my husband said.

On the day of our visit the cable car to the sky bridge was closed in the morning for maintenance. Our guide added an impromptu mangrove cruise, as well as a visit to the bat caves and fish farm while we waited. Watching the eagles the island is named for swoop and fly over the river was fantastic, as were the monkeys jumping onto and into our boat from the shore as we cruised by.

Ah Langkawi was a dream to visit! Stunning place! Everything was extremely well planned out by the company! My driver was there before time and took care of me all along! He gave me a lot of recommendations and infomation about Langkawi! Getting to the sky bridge was a breeze and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a hassle-free, ana amazing time!

This tour is not worth the money. The tour guide hardly spoke so apart from seeing the Eagle, we may as well have just got a taxi. The cost would have been £70 instead of £150 for 3 people. I have done many Viator trips across Asia and the guides usually give you history of the island, interesting facts about the life and culture. We didn’t have any if that so although the cable car and sky walk are great, just get a Grab!

We booked this tour for our family, which included 6adults, one 2yr old and a 12yr old. The tour guide was great, picked us up on time from our hotel. Even texted us the night before to remind us. He spoke English very well and was so helpful. All throughout the day he was telling us about and showing us everything about the island of langkawi. He made sure we were always comfortable and happy. He organized all our tickets, all we had to do was just go onto the cable cars and walk the sky bridge. And he was there waiting for us when we finished. He drove us to a popular restaurant to have dinner and waited in the car until we were finished and made sure we got back to the hotel all safe and well. It was a great day, we kept his number for the rest of the trip and asked him so many questions and organized things through him. He always made sure we got the best prices and was always happy to help us. This tour was definitely worth it, the views were spectacular. The best part of our experience was of course Abu, our tour guide who made the trip all the more memorable. On time pickup from hotel and a comfortable journey to the Oriental Village were followed by a breathtaking experience on the skycab and an exhilarating walk on the skybridge. It was a wonderful experience and if you’re in Langkawi..go for it!
