Overall a very positive...

Overall a very positive experience. Driver was very responsive on WhatsApp which made it easy to communicate. Happy he met us inside the terminal as it felt a bit overwhelming if we had to get ourselves to where uber etc. picks up. Would definitely contract with Viator again.

Excellent Experience

Given time constraints, my wife and I were waffling between this tour and one for Stonehenge and Bath. We picked this one and I'm so glad we did! Leeds Castle was definitely way cooler than we expected, and the former owner had an eye for fashion given how cool it looked. Canterbury was simply wonderful. The Cathedral is awe inspiring and has ages of fascinating history as well. The cliffs of Dover were a bucket list item so I'm very happy I got to dip my fingers into the English channel and grab a few souvenir pebbles. Thank you to our guide, Sheila, for all the history she provided us on the bus and at Canterbury! She was wonderful, with loads of knowledge and a good sense of humor. We'd definitely recommend her to anyone.

Ride to Southampton

Excellent service . We missed our connecting flight which threw off our scheduled ride. I made a call to the driver and explained our situation. He was kind enough to reschedule our pick up time and day. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Our 2 hour drive was relaxing. Our driver was courteous.

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle driver had some issues picking us up, but really no fault of her own. The street in front of our hotel was not accessible due to road work. She gave us directions to bring our luggage to another street for pick up relatively close by. Once we solved that, she got us to our destination in plenty of time for our flight. Very friendly and gave us lots of information about London.

Excellent, Exceptional Service!

The service from Viator was excellent, going to the cruise port, being picked up from the cruise port, and taken to the airport. Both drivers arrived 15 minutes early, and my group of 4 was ready. I felt the first driver drove a little on the fast side. The second driver drove at a moderate speed. It was raining cats and dogs, but he drove with excellence! I would definitely use Viator's black car service again. It was easy to book, the drivers were timely, and the experience was great! We also had a little hiccup during our trip. An important medication was left behind when we were leaving for our cruise. I called Viator, and they were able to send a driver to pick up the medication from our hotel and bring it to the cruise port. This action saved our trip!

Plan for heavy traffic

Driver picked us up in mid-town hotel a few minutes after schedule. We planned for heavy traffic and so got to Heathrow just fine. Driver was pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to road detours for construction. He was glad we had allowed 90 minutes to get to the airport and so were not concerned about delays. Good ride.

I would definitely use Again.

The driver was right on time. Actually she was there a few minutes early. I got a text letting me know she was there. The van way clean. The only thing I would change is other than greeting us the driver didn’t talk. My taxi drivers were more personable. I did have a family member not make the trip and getting a refund was very simple.

Comfortable ride into Paris

It was a little difficult finding our driver following our exit from customs . He did not have a sign with our name on it to know that he was our driver. After we met him, everything went very smoothly. He helped us with our luggage and it was a short walk to his vehicle. He also pointed out points of interest along our ride into Paris. Our driver was very nice, welcoming and considerate.

Driver showed up on time...

Driver showed up on time and was very courteous. We encountered some heavy traffic but she was able to go around and still be is there on time. We had a good experience; however, I wish that Viator would have sent me a confirmation saying that the driver was confirmed at the specific time, or even better if they would have the driver call our phone number ahead of time to confirm arrival time - especially since it was an airport ride that is very time critical
