Driven to the wrong hotel!

Our driver was very nice but he took us to the wrong hotel. It was clearly stated on our reservation that it was the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton on Tottenham Court Road. He took us to the Radisson Leicester. By the time we found out it was the wrong hotel he was gone. So, we were quite upset and had to pay a cab 25.00 to get us to the correct hotel.
