The driver was on time and politel however, picking us up at the Hotel Riu Victoria was a challenge. ROAD construction has the road closed in front if the hotel and we had to walk to the next street with 4 pieces of luggage. Sadly, i called the company the day b4 to confirm and alert them that the driver can still pull up to the front of the hotel and the hotel moves the road cones to allow drop off snd pickup. Of course, the driver claimed he was never told.

I thought I purchased a transfer from our hotel in London to our cruise ship. Viator just called an Uber for us. The guy showed up in a little Kia which would not accommodate us and our luggage, so he just left. We had to find our own way to the ship. I am still waiting for credit from Viator. I sent them a request for credit, but they have not responded. You would think they might have contacted us when we had no ride, but they have not.

Marco was our driver and he was exceptional. He was on time by 15 minutes. Van was clean and nice and he loaded all our bags. We had ten grown up’s in our party so a lot of luggage. He knew where he was going and provided a nice narrative along the way. You need transportation In London ask for Marco thanks Marco you made the trip fun and enjoyable

The actual vehicle that came was a sedan and not a van as shown on the advertisement. We booked this because we had large luggages and the driver was struggling to fit them.

Driver was on time with a large van quite comfortable, new the route but unfortunately took us to the wrong dock in Southampton, dock worker grabbed him before he left and informed of the correct dock, he got a little lost but eventually got us to the right dock in plenty of time. I would suggest nayone give themselves plenty of time to arrive.

We booked travel from an AirBnB in London to the Pier in Southampton for 10 people. The van was comfortable and held all passengers and all our luggage. Appreciated the pick up and drop off. No need to take a Taxi from the train station which helped us navigate to the ship with our elderly mother.

Our experience was crazy. Our driver sped through the city, hitting his brakes hard many times, nearly rear ending someone twice, then continued to race between all three lanes of traffic back and forth, while our luggage slammed around and took a beating against the back of the van. Once we were out of London and onto the less crowded freeway he slowed down below the speed limit while remaining in the fast lane and then asked if it would be ok if he ate lunch at a rest stop for 20 minutes. We did get to our destination but I cannot image what the trip would have been like for older people making this journey.
