What are people saying about India

Farid was an excellent...
Farid was an excellent guide and one of the highlights of my trip to India. He made the entire experience seamless from start to finish, handling all the logistics while providing fascinating history and context about the Taj Mahal and the city of Agra. What stood out most was how knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating he was throughout the day. He knew all the best viewpoints for photos, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped me gain a much deeper appreciation for the history and culture behind these incredible sites. If you’re visiting Agra and looking for a professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable guide, I highly recommend Farid.

Excellent Experience! Really recommend
Really excellent experience! I would highly recommend this cooking class. JD and his family are so lovely and welcoming and make it a very personable experience. They went to a lot of effort to make it extra special for my friend's Birthday, which was really kind of them. The food was delicious and JD gives really good tips to use while cooking Indian food at home. Overall 10/10!

Delicious vegetarian!
Swati and her family were very welcoming - my class started off with making masala chai - hand grinding the ginger and spices followed by preparation of Daal Tadka, Gatta, Cumin rice and three types of roti! All explained in great detail and recipes provided at the end. If you have something specific in mind Swati will accommodate if vegetarian.
Highly recommend Swat’ s cooking experience.

Great Cooking Class!
I learned so much about Indian cooking from Neha and the food we prepared was delicious. Neha explained each step and what we needed to do a when. The class was only four people so we all got to know each other. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon and experience Indian hospitality.

Such a memorable experience.
My wife and I booked this Indian cooking class during our trip to Delhi, and it ended up being one of the absolute standouts of our entire visit. We came in as enthusiastic beginners and left feeling confident, inspired, and genuinely excited to recreate everything at home.
Over the session we cooked five incredible dishes, each packed with flavour yet surprisingly achievable. What really set this class apart were the smart shortcuts, time‑saving techniques, and flavour‑boosting tips woven into every step. Instead of spending all day in the kitchen, we learned how to build authentic Indian depth quickly and efficiently — something we’ll use long after this trip.
The instructor was warm, knowledgeable, and wonderfully patient, creating an atmosphere that felt more like cooking with a friend than attending a class. Every question was welcomed, every step explained, and every dish tasted better than the last.
Whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner, this class delivers an unforgettable experience. We walked away with new skills, full stomachs, and a deeper appreciation for Indian cuisine. If you’re visiting Delhi, don’t miss this — it’s worth every minute.

Learn Indian Cooking Secrets
We went shopping for vegetables and found ourselves peeling, cutting and chopping ingredients in preparation for the cooking. We made masala chai tea, pakoras, bitter gourd, okra, eggplant, lentils, and potato masala bread. We learned about Indian cooking secrets and met Shalini's endearing family. It was a great experience overall. Many thanks, Shalini.

Wonderful home cooking
I had such a wonderful experience at this home cooking Indian class. It felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly hands-on from start to finish. We learned to make a beautiful variety of dishes, including soft, freshly made chapatis, comforting dhal, flavourful vegetable dishes, and a deliciously creamy rice pudding.
One of the highlights was learning how to make authentic chai from scratch. Everything was explained clearly, with lots of tips about spices, techniques, and how to balance flavours properly. It was relaxed, friendly, and perfect for all skill levels.

Booked it. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate.
It turned into something far bigger than a cooking class.
Sonu and Preeti welcomed me into their home like family. We shared tea. We laughed. Their children played in the background while we cooked seven different dishes together.
No stage. No performance. Just real life unfolding in a Delhi kitchen.
Traditional spice trays. Aromas blooming in hot oil. Stories traded over simmering pots.
Travel at its best is not about checking a box. It is about sitting at someone’s table and being invited in.
Grateful for the warmth.
Grateful for the trust.
Grateful for the reminder that hospitality is a universal language.
Seven dishes. One home. One memory I will carry long after the flight leaves.

Best experience!
This was just the best experience! Durga and her husband taught us to cook various dishes and breads in their own home kitchen. Their daughter Metali was the perfect host (and also offers walking tours of Udaipur). It was an authentic experience and we gained genuine new skills that we can take and use at home when cooking Indian food. Highly recommend Durgas cooking class to anyone interested in Indian food.

Fantastic cooking class!!
We had a wonderful Indian cooking class in Jaipur with Bunty and Dimple. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us warmly into their home and made us feel like family.
Bunty was an excellent teacher—clear, patient, and passionate about Indian cooking—while Dimple’s kindness and hospitality made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic.
This was more than a cooking class; it was a beautiful cultural experience and a highlight of our time in Jaipur. Highly recommended! 🙏🏽

Exceptional Experience in Bengalaru
Namita and her husband are gracious hosts, welcoming you into their home and lives. Namita is an excellent chef and teacher eager to share her expertise and love of Indian cooking. If you value authentic travel experiences, you do not want to miss this one. We are a group of 3 friends, aged 24 to 65 and all agreed that if could’ve given this experience 10 stars we would’ve.
