Excellent professional service

We can happily recommend this tour. Our driver Manoj and our guide Samir were great. We just wanted to visit the three main Agra monuments and not do any craft workshops/stores, a wish which I expressed in the WhatsApp chat beforehand and which was respected. We really appreciated that. The car was clean and comfortable but do know that the ride is a bit bumpy due to the road. A larger car would probably offer a smoother ride. Mentioning it in case that's important for people. For us it was fine. Eye mask + headphones + warm cozy clothes recommended for sleeping on the way there. While the 3am pick up time is certainly not pleasant it's totally worth it. The temperature visiting the Taj Mahal was pleasant and the lighting was beautiful. We got to enjoy seeing the sunrise just as we were entering the monument grounds. There were lots of people (but still okay) so I'm glad we got to experience it with relatively small crowds thanks to the early start. After the Taj Mahal we went to breakfast at the Double Tree by Hilton and enjoyed a relaxed and tasty buffet breakfast. After we visited Agra Fort and "Baby Taj" and also loved them. Samir shared very interesting information on the sites, answered our questions, took some very good pictures of us and provided us with time to enjoy the spaces by ourselves. Overall the experience was amazing. Being asked to write a review only once would have been preferable to me but I understand how important reviews are to these businesses these days so the insistence is understandable. Mentioning it though in case the company wants to adopt a gentler approach.

Best day tour of Mumbai with Shvuti and JQ

Both the guide and driver were excellent. Both spoke very good English and were easy to understand. Our guide Shvuti made us feel right at home - reminded me of my daughter! She was very knowledgeable and had a book with great pictures. JQ was our driver who was also very helpful explaining things. I wish we’d had them both for all our tours in India! I wish we’d were here longer so I could book another tour with them! Our guide through the Dharvi Slums was also excellent. She was very attentive to everyone in the group - speaking to us individually! It was a long day but worth every minute!

The tour was a very good experience. The guide from the island was amazing - he explained us the history of the place and the meaning of particular statues in a very insightful and engaging way. A fantastic tour of Mumbai. The day started out with a ferry to Elephanta Island to view magnificent caves carved out of solid basalt rock between the 5th and 7th centuries, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once back on shore, the tour really took off with a thorough and exciting tour of Mumbai. Aakash regaled us with an easily understood history of the Rajahs, the British, and today's modern industrial nation - home of the world's largest film industry. We explored colorful markets, historic sites, tranquil parks, and streets full of people, buses, cars, and tuk-tuks. No question was left unanswered. Aakash loves his city, and it showed.

We visited Dhobi Ghat outdoor laundry, Hanging Gardens and Nehru Childrens Park and then Gandhi house and museum with great dioramas of pivotal moments in his remarkable life. Chapman indoor market I allowed me to buy a few items. Lots of discussion of life in India and Mumbai. Worthwhile tour. Asca legally blind solo traveler, my guide Oves took great care to keep me safe especially on uneven surfaces and stairs. Note: every pedestrian jaywalks since cross walks are rare here

Rahil and Sanya Khan did an outstanding job with the Bollywood tour experience. Rahil, having worked in the film industry, added a unique perspective to this tour. Sanya, with her background in teaching, adds activity structure; thus together they made this tour a must see experience. Additionally, we were able to participate in the following: 1. Observed the filming of a TV series 2. Met and took photos with one of the star’ of said TV show (Rachi Sharma). Also saw series director and sound editor perform their duties. 3. Met and took pictures with the MC/model of Bollywood production show 4. Photos on sets that turn simple settings into movie magic 5. Witness and participate in a singing and dancing show 6. Dress in traditional Indian costumes and take photos, while dancing to Indian music 7. Visit movie sets and learn how the same set can be used to show different locations in a movie. 8. Snacks and refreshments provided Transportation to Bollywood from our hotel was a little “sketchy”. Transportation to the Bollywood studios aside, this tour was worth the time and expense.

Wonderful eye opening tour of Mumbai & Slum

We had a fantastic experience on our Mumbai city tour in Mumbai. The tour covered many of the city’s main highlights, but the visit to Dharavi Slum was definitely the standout part of the day. The Dharavi slum tour was very eye-opening and enlightening. It gave us a real insight into daily life and the strong community and industries there — something you don’t get to see every day. It was respectful, informative, and truly memorable. Our guide, Miss Shruti, was very friendly and knowledgeable, even though she has only been guiding for about a year. She explained everything clearly and made the tour enjoyable. The driver was also excellent — flexible with the schedule and kind enough to drop us exactly where we wanted at the end. Highly recommend this Mumbai city tour, especially with the Dharavi slum visit included. Definitely worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Everything worked great!

Several moving parts to this trip and they all worked well. VERY EARLY morning pick up at cruise ship pier, transfer to airport, flight, pick up and transfer to the Taj Mahal. Excellent WhatsApp communication throughout. Drivers and guide were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was quite a long day, but a really, really wonderful experience.
