We got delayed getting...

We got delayed getting off the ship and missed the departure. The Viator operator contacted use. They were extremely helpful! We very able to take a uber and meet the tour at Stonehenge. The tour guide, Robert could not have been more accommodating meeting us to get us inside and our luggage to the tour bus. Robert was very knowledgeable about the places we visited as well as other sites to visit. Thanks you. I thought our tour was over when we missed the departure.

Excellent Excursion!

This was an amazing experience. Not only is Stonehenge an awe-inspiring site, but we had a brilliant guide who charmed us and educated us before and after we visited the site. Jane, our guide, and Neal, our driver, were the very best. Our only frustration was that we could only spend two hours at Stonehenge because we had to get to Heathrow. So much wonderful insight and information was delivered in this excursion! I will remember for a very long time! Kudos!

Fantastic Driver

What a fantastic driver!!! Driver was actually early, found us in the lobby of our hotel. Very personable and great to chat with on our way to Windsor Castle. After our tour of the castle, we were hungry and he stopped for us to get something to eat, he even stopped at a ATM machine so we could get some cash to tip him with.

Perfect Experience

Fantastic transfer

Daniel was very professional and fun. Our trip took 2x longer than normal due to extreme amounts of pressure in Southampton including a football match, cricket, some other festival and a large Pride Parade. Daniel was very caring and apologetic, even though he had no control over the entire situation. He had waters for us and even offered us gum. He helped with the luggage and was engaging. I would not hesitate to travel with him again. He was a good and safe driver and the vehicle was immaculately clean.

Worth the money

Excellent communication prior to and during the travel. The vehicle was super clean and the driver adjusted the AC to our desired temperature. He got out and meet us at the cruise port abd loaded all our luggage, he walked over to meet us when we were finished with Stonehenge and escorted us to the vehicle. He drove very safe and got us to our destination on time and happy. Definitely would book again.

A Lovely Way to Travel from Dover to London After a Cruise

We had a great time on this post-cruise tour from Dover and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and scenic way to spend the day before heading to London. The stops at Canterbury and Leeds Castle were well chosen, and both offered unique experiences. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job leading the walking tour through Canterbury. However, we felt that the walking tour could have been shorter—perhaps about half the length—as it left us with very limited time to explore the stunning Canterbury Cathedral on our own. A bit more free time there would have made the visit even more enjoyable. Leeds Castle was a highlight! We felt the timing there was just about right—maybe even slightly more than we needed—but it was a beautiful and peaceful stop. The only hiccup was a miscommunication at the beginning of the tour. We had been told to wait at the cruise terminal for a driver holding a sign that said “International Friends,” and the terminal staff advised us to stay put. However, the driver was actually waiting in the parking lot by the bus, which caused a 30-minute delay for the group. A little clearer communication in advance would have helped avoid the confusion. Despite that, the tour was well organized overall, and we were very pleased to be dropped off right at our London hotel with our luggage in tow. This tour is a convenient and enjoyable option for anyone disembarking in Dover and looking to make the most of their travel day.

Our guide Sandra was amazing!! Very knowledgable, funny (genuinely funny - not trying to like many guides), shared her personal experiences from living in London. Gave us enough free time, made sure everyone knew when to come back to bus. She really was excellent - the best guide I’ve ever had on a tour!! The tour itself was quite good - three locations and enough time at each location.
