The London Eye had beautiful views, marred by a man in our group who literally peed on the floor--gross! But the ride and views were terrific. The boat ride was nice and relaxing. The bus took forever due to the horrendous traffic, not the driver's fault. Bus was VERY warm! Took us almost 2 hours to get from stop 3 to stop 16

We had a warm welcome on board and Our tour guide Ben was the right mix of informative and lighthearted fun. The boat is comfortable and clean.
