What To Expect
Make your booking in advance, complete with your London City hotel information and your Eurostar details. 24-hour service is available daily, so even if you have an early morning train or last train out at night, your reservation is secure. You'll receive confirmation and a voucher at booking to present to your driver at pickup.
At the requested pickup time, your driver will arrive and provide luggage handling (gratuity is optional, but appreciated) before setting off to St. Pancras station in a comfortable vehicle. Pricing is for a private transfer, so it will be the same price for upwards of eight passengers.

- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

They will schedule the pick up time to what they see fit depending on where they have to pick you up and where they have to drop you off. They scheduled me for a 7:30am pick up. I contacted them to let them know I preferred a 7am pick up and it seemed like they gave a little bit of a push back. The person I spoke to on the phone was questioning why I wanted to be picked up a half an hour earlier then what they wanted. When I explained to them I preferred an earlier pick up time to make sure I didn’t have any issues with catching my train on time, they acted as if they were annoyed. They also showed up a couple of minutes late when they did pick me up.

We were at the lobby on time. Our driver did not show up on time and at the stated spot. He said he was waiting outside. If my husband did not go outside the hotel and asked around, we wouldn't know he was just outside waiting for us. We were almost late with our departure time.

The driver did not have a large enough vehicle to accommodate my party with our luggage and fought with me over 45 minutes before he decided to make the proper arrangements in the vehicle to accommodate us. Try to make me pay for another vehicle or call a taxi not very professional service after you get my payment.

Transportation was supposed to be set up with "City Transfers" to take us to the train station. Nothing was set up. I have not checked to see whether I was charged the $40 for the trip. We just took the subway to the train station for $4 and got there in about the same time we would have if we had gotten a cab.

We arrived at terminal safely. Driver had helpful information and polite. He gave us information about the sights we passed on the way to terminal. Let us out where it was safe to exit.

Please avoid this service. This was booked through Viator for City Transfers Co. The original booking was for a 6:00 am pick up. We called and confirmed as instructed a couple days before hand and asked to move the pick up to 5:45, which they confirmed. Waited till 6:10 on the morning of pick up, and no one showed up. It took several tries and another 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They said that the driver had been there at 4:00 and couldn't find us (of course, beause he was one hour and 45 minutes early). They also said they tried to call, but we didn't answer. I did not recieve any calls. They did not have any other drivers available and could not pick us up. We tried taking the Tube, but missed our train anyway. Very angy. Please avoid this service.

The driver was excellent BUT I was assured the car that would be dispatched would be a van to accommodate our luggage and we got a small sedan which was totally inadequate!!

Our driver was waiting for us in our hotel lobby about 10 minutes before expected and ready to go! He took us directly to the train station and helped give us some direction on what to do next. This made getting to the train station very simple.

We arranged the transfer in advance, and we had the hotel concierge call the day before to verify our pickup time. Almost an hour before our verified pickup time, the front desk called to say our ride was there. We hadn't even finished packing! So we just went by the time we had been given, and the actual transfer itself went well with a nice car and good, friendly driver.

Our driver was several minutes late. Having never taken the Eurostar before, when we arrived in the waiting area, there were other drivers with signs, but not ours. After about 15 minutes, he showed up. We were getting concerned and trying to call the office when he finally showed. Good smooth ride, but the driver being late did not set well.
