Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Representatives in Heathrow airports will be wearing blue jackets. Meeting Points for Gatwick airports: In front of Costa Coffee.

What To Expect

Getting between London’s two major airports can be a hassle—especially when lugging baggage—but it doesn’t have to be. Simplify your travel and prebook a private transfer. Just enter your flight details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to your driver.

Travel in a spacious sedan for up to three passengers or a minivan for up to six passengers. Nice touch: rides are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Price is per person, based on six passengers per vehicle.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
IMPORTANT: Transfers are held until 90 minutes from your actual flight arrival time.

Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Our driver canceled by stating that they canceled because we did not answer some of their questions. But I did not see any questions sent thru and looked for questions when I received notification that our ride was canceled & couldn’t find any. We had a better experience just getting a taxi to go from one airport to another.

I absolutely regret this booking and wouldn't recommend it. I only booked it as the reviews were excellent and I was traveling with luggage and a child and did not wish to travel by train both Gatwick express and Heathrow express are good and wanted someone waiting when we arrived as we were travelling 20 hours over 2 days. Instead no one was there when we arrived. When I called the local provider he told me that the car was stuck in traffic and would be 20 minutes. The dispatcher didn't sound apologetic at all. I was exhausted 9 hours of travel and annoyed and he instead sounded like i was bothering him. After another 25 minutes I called back. He sounded even more annoyed as he told me it would be another 10 minutes. I was not amused and very frustrated. After 15 minutes I picked up my phone to use Uber, and then the driver arrived. I don't recall the driver apologizing, although he was did help with the bags. The usual 45 minute transfer became an approx 90 minute transfer as we were now stuck in rush hour traffic. The driver dropped me off and left without saying goodbye. I honestly was shocked by the lack of customer service, as i have never had a bad experience booking viator before.

This is the 3rd time we have used Viator as a transfer service--the other times were in Rome and Hamburg. There has never been a glitch the driver is there waiting. I highly recommend this service wherever available! In this case, we transferred from Heathrow to Gatwick, and it was definitely worth the price. I will continue to use Viator in this capacity!!

Driver was prompt, had my name printed clearly at the arrivals hall, and was charming on the travel from Gatwick to Heathrow. Would recommend this for inter airport service if you have big luggage and do not want to deal with shuttles. It is not the cheapest option, but certainly is the most comfortable. We were picked up in a very nice Mercedes too.

What a relief to see the friendly, professional driver waiting for us outside baggage claim! After arriving at Heathrow we had limited time before our next flight left from Gatwick - not to worry! The driver was efficient and the ride very relaxing. We made our next flight to Dubrovnik with plenty of time to spare and even got a few sightseeing tips from our Croatian born driver!

We originally booked a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow. Once Viator realized that we were not arriving on the transfer day at Gatwick, but were visiting friends nearby, Viator offered to arrange pick-up at the home of our friends. The extra service cost a little more, but was well worth it! The driver was prompt and got us to Heathrow in even less time that we had allowed. There was a little confusion over the pick-up address, but our friends spoke to the driver and gave him directions (he was only about two blocks away). All went very well. Thank you Viator!

El servicio que contratamos fue un transporte del aeropuerto de heathrow a gatwick para hacer una conexion a venecia. Se solicito especificamente puntualidad para el servicio, sin embargo el chofer llego 50 minutos tarde, y por su culpa perdimos nuestra conexion. Cada vez que le hablabamos para pregunatrle donde estaba nos decia que estaba a 8 o 10 minutos. Si el nos hubiera dicho que le faltaba tanto tiempo para llegar, hubieramos tomado otro transporte antes y no hubieramos perdido el vuelo. Falta absoluta de seriedad, nadie nos dio una solucion en ese momento u tuvimos que pagar 170 libras a otro coche para que nos llevara y ademas de perder el vuelo perdimos la noche te hotel en venecia que ya estaba pagada. No vuelvo a contratar nada con viator. Para nuestro viaje contratamos varios tours con ustedes y en varios nos quedaron muy mal y no nos han hecho los reembolsos
