- The first pickup in Central London on selected cruise arrival days will start from 10:30am and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11:30am.
- As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels
- The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Service from the cruise terminal is available from 7:30am on selected cruise arrival days. With the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15am
- If you are flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow Airport Hotel, you will be dropped off at approximately 9:30am. For London airport hotels you will be dropped at approximately 11:30am.

Driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship, pleasant ride to Heathrow. Driver was friendly& courteous.

The weather was horrible that day, but we made it to ship with ample time to spare. Our driver explained it was taking a bit longer, due to an accident on the highway. Back roads allowed us to see some of the beautiful country side.
Having a shared ride with other people reduced the fare for me as a solo traveller.
When the booking was made by my travel agent I received an email from Viator to say they don’t pick up at the airport I needed to go to a hotel. So I had to make my way with all my luggage after travelling 27 hours to Hilton Garden Inn to be picked up.
Yet after googled the closest hotel and how to get there on foot I confirmed I would be there to Viator. But I received a couple of emails from them saying they were picking me up from the airport. I had to email back each time to reconfirm exactly where they were picking me up.
The driver was very obliging but didn’t speak good English and I don’t think he had done that trip before. He missed the turn to pick me up at Hilton Garden Inn which was tricky, but it meant he had to do a big detour to get back to me, which made him late to pick me up. Then on the trip to Southampton every now and then he would swing the wheel quite sharply when we changed lanes giving us sitting in the back a bit of a lurch.
The couple in the car with me were from Canada and mentioned they had been picked up from the airport on other occasions so why couldn’t I have been?
We had the Southampton to London transit after arrival of our Transatlantic Cruise. Our driver was waiting for us and things went very well. Definitely would do again. Well run with staff that is dependable.

Trip took 3 hrs instead of 1.5 - very poor.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As this is a shared ride service other passengers have to be picked up en route. This will add additional time to the journey. We aim to get all the passengers to the cruise terminal by no later than 1:30 pm. In checking the vehicle tracker on your travel date, all passengers were dropped off at Southampton before 1:20 pm.
The driver was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely schedule and is Viator for this type of thing again.
Very easy hotel doorstep to hotel doorstep transfer. Driver was on time and very courteous. Vehicle was newer and very clean.
Was picked up early from my hotel and shared a ride. What we both didn't realize that we would be shuffled half way across London and was asked to disembark our vehicle with our luggage in a drive way of another hotel and wait an additional 45 minutes to be picked up by another driver. This is not what I thought I was paying for when I signed up with your company.

Thank you for leaving your feedback, we communicated with you the day before and on the day of your travel, due to a national train strike we expected heavy delays on the day of your travel which did happen. As you have mentioned that you were kept waiting 45 minutes at the second pick up location. Your hotel was located in Southeast London which is not very easy to get to on a normal day and due to the train strike we made a decision to move you to another central hotel where you can join the service down to Southampton, this service is a shuttle service shared vehicle and we aim to get all the passengers to Southampton by 1:30pm, I believe you were dropped off at Southampton cruise terminal before 1:30pm. This is not our standard procedure but due to a national train strike this was the best solution to get you down to Southampton on time.
Transfer went smoothly. Driver was professional and courteous. Recommend for getting to Southampton.
Biggest problem was that there were markings on the bus to indicate EC Minibus. Add to that the lack of WIFI service. I was lucky to find the bus.

Thank you for leaving your feedback, our vehicles do not have signs and we do not state this on our booking vouchers, we provide a clear instructions on where to meet our representatives on the booking voucher, which states that you will be met directly outside of the cruise terminal in front of the exit door and we also state that you should not go to the pick up and drop off area. As this is where the issues occur when the driver and the passenger is not able to meet. This hold back the service from leaving on time and causes a lot of inconvenience for all passengers travelling on the day.
When shuttle was due at our accommodation, we received a phone call to say shuttle was full and a car would instead arrive within next 7 - 8 minutes to transport us to Southampton. A small car arrived on time. Driver was very helpful, but vehicle was untidy(obviously a family car) and driving at times a bit unnerving. Disappointing considering that booking made quite some months prior to pickup.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, please accept our apologies if the wrong information was provided to you, on the day of your service the shuttle was running behind schedule due to heavy traffic in London, therefore instead of keeping you waiting we use a local supplier to pick you up in a private vehicle to take you straight to Southampton.
We have spoken to the local supplier regarding your concerns on the driver and vehicle and we will monitor this supplier going forward.

They pick you up on time. The ride was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this service.
The driver was about 30 minutes late so I had to call to make sure that they hadn't forgot us. The driver said he was late due to the traffic and the company should have called me. This was my only complaint, otherwise he got us to the ship in plenty of time.

Pick up at hotel dead on time. Unfortunately due to road closures and resultant detours our transfer extended to nearly 3.5 hours. Courteous driver. Safe driver. We only had 4 other people in Mercedes mini van.
Easy and economical way to get to the cruise port. Excellent driver.
Confirmed the booking and pickup time - then had a call back from the provider saying the ship was late and our pickup time was put back an hour - we had heard anything from the cruise company and I've never know a ship to be only 1 hour late getting in - anyway - it was left that we would be picked up at the original time - low and behold the no one has arrived to pick us up - ring the provider and we're back to the 'story' that the ship is late and we had 'agreed' to being picked up later - not so and not happy - when the driver did arrive he stated he did not received advice regarding the job until 1041 - our pick up time was 1030 - then the driver tells us he his last job was an arrival from the same terminal in Southampton - how about that for a coincidence - NOT AT ALL HAPPY - if I am paying for a service, I expect service, not at the convenience of the provider.
The driver was on time in a luxury van. We were a group of 4 adults with 10 bags. The van dropped us off right in front of the cruise ship embarkation facility. The drive from our hotel in Paddington to the Southampton cruise port was two hours.
Our driver was excellent! He was very friendly. When we wanted to talk, he talked to us, and when we wanted to be quiet, he was quiet as well. It could not have been better.
