Our transfer from Heathrow to our hotel in Southampton was flawless. Our wonderful driver was waiting for us at the arrivals area after customs and quickly brought us and our luggage to a beautiful car. I would highly recommend this service!

Make sure you have WhatsApp loaded on your phone and access to cellular. Driver tried to contact me and I didn’t get the call because I was still in airplane mode.
Everything went fine. Was comfortable with the drivers ability and attention. Was surprised we got a van transport instead of sedan.
Good transfer. Make sure you turn on your phone for communication with them in the whatsapp. I had forgotten to turn on the cell service. Make sure you review where to meet them before you head to England also so you know where you need to be. Very Repectful, answered the phone when I needed help and got us to Southampton on time!

The driver and van were perfect. JP was such an excellent driver, my whole family felt safe and even nodded off on the drive. The van was large enough for four giant suitcases. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This was by far the worst airport transfer experience I have ever had. We were four adults traveling with an 8-month-old baby, so reliability and safety were essential.
Shortly after leaving the airport, we got a flat tire on the highway. The driver didn’t even know where the tools or spare tire equipment were located, which delayed any attempt to deal with the situation. Even worse, there was no replacement vehicle available.
Instead of arranging proper assistance, the driver actually suggested that we call an Uber to pick us up on the side of the highway. This was completely unrealistic and, in my opinion, unsafe—especially while traveling with an infant.
We ended up stranded on the side of the highway for about 1.5 hours. To make matters worse, the child seat provided was not functioning properly, creating additional safety concerns from the start of the journey.
I understand that flat tires can happen, but a professional transportation company should have emergency procedures, trained drivers, and a backup vehicle available. None of that happened here. The lack of preparation, poor handling of the situation, and complete absence of customer support turned what should have been a simple airport transfer into an extremely stressful experience.
I booked through Viator expecting reliable, vetted providers. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations, and I cannot recommend this transfer service to other travelers, especially families with young children.
Our driver was prompt and called us to track us down when we could not locate each other. Would use this service again! Highly recommend.
Heathrow is crowded and parking is a mess. Driver was very good and communicated frequently which helped.
Had a little trouble finding the driver in the airport. Had to call their phone number to find out who our driver was and had to find them. Other than that the drive was nice. Be aware if you have more than three in your party then someone will have to ride in rear-facing seats. My son got car sick but luckily they were able to pull over in time.
Still a WAY better option than handling trains to get there and cheaper than a taxi.

Driver was not waiting for us at Heathrow arrivals hall as promised. We had to call the dispatcher twice and then wait roughly twenty minutes for driver to park the car and enter the terminal. After that, the driver was friendly, helped with bags and the ride was smooth.

Viator has always delivered for me. This is the third time using the service. Excellent drivers and always on time!
I ordered an 8 passenger van for 4 pp because we had a 6 ft 10 guy with us and 4 weeks of luggage. I couldn’t believe they picked us up in a small 6 passenger van. 3 seats were riding backwards and 2 others in the back. The 6th was front passenger seat that driver said did not move. He had to right with his knees on dash for 1 1/2 hour drive. He couldn’t ride in back as his legs would not fit it was such tight quarters. Luggage was piled to ceiling making rear view for driver impossible. Bearing in mind 8 pp van is more $ than the van we got. Extremely disappointed and would think I would get some kind of refund or acknowledgment of the switch. But, no.

Please allow us to clarify — the Mercedes V-Class is the largest luxury passenger van available in the UK, and it is the vehicle we use for all “8-passenger” bookings. The 7-seater and 8-seater versions are the exact same size and shape; the only difference is whether the front passenger seat is counted in the total number of seats.
We completely understand your concern regarding legroom and luggage space. The V-Class provides excellent comfort for most travellers, but tall passengers or large amounts of luggage can make the cabin feel tight. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account for future allocations.

We had a wonderful and professional experience with our driver Baris. Received a text just after landing at Heathrow that he was there and ready. Passport, baggage and customs went more quickly than expected, so he met us early. He took care of our luggage and the drive to Southampton was pleasant and efficient. Dropped off right at hotel. Would book this again and highly recommend to anyone needing to get to Southampton from Heathrow.
