Change esim card after you find driver

We arrived at the Heathrow Airport, went through customs, grabbed our bags, and came out looking for our driver. There were two ways to exit this area. We picked the wrong way and it took us a few minutes to find driver because we had already changed the esim card in the phone and we couldn't contact him. Next time we will wait to change esim until after we locate our driver. However, our driver was very thoughtful and patient with us.

Would not recommend this company for airport transfers, their policy states they will wait 30 minutes from your plane’s “actual arrival,” but do not take into consideration taxiing time to gate, luggage retrieval and customs after the arrival time. Once we arrived at our gate, got our luggage and went through customs it was over an hour and our driver had already left. When we called, they stated the driver had tried to call, but we did not receive any calls and were able to make several other calls during this time. After giving them time stamps of these events in an effort to receive a refund, they still would not refund us. I would suggest just getting a taxi from the airport, they were great and less than half the cost of this airport transfer

For all London airport arrivals, our drivers are dispatched 20 minutes after the scheduled landing time to ensure passengers have enough time to deplane and clear customs. Additionally, we always attempt to reach our customers before releasing the driver, and this only occurs after the extended waiting period has passed. To make things easier, we send the driver's contact details the day before the transfer, allowing passengers to communicate with their driver directly. Thank you.

As we exited customs our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. He was prompt, and courteous. Upon arriving at our hotel he brought the luggage in for us. Just peace of mind after a long day of travel.

International travel pick up

The car and driver was fine. The issue arises when our plane from USA landed at 12:07 and we were charged extra because we were not there in 10 minutes! It took 15 minutes for the plane to get to the gate another 20 to get off the plane and to customs and 10 to get down to our pick up. The person on the phone trying to tell us was beating around the bush and took another 5 minutes to ask for extra pounds.

False Advertisement

***ALERT*** Please do not look at the pictures. This company do not offer Mercedes like the pictures they use. If your looking for luxury you will not and I repeat not get a luxury vehicle with this listing. Viator also do not think it’s false advertisement for a company to list an ad with picture of vehicles you will not be picked up in. I reached out to both the tour supports which I heard nothing back from and Viator support that didn’t think this is a issue. What I have experienced traveling to London is just book a Uber Executive for luxury vehicles, way cheaper than this. Less the disappointment and customer care.

Booking cancelled by company. We took a cab from Heathrow. Cheaper by 50 pounds . There was transit strike that apparently made for shortage of drivers.

Driver Resisted Meeting Us in the Arrivals Area

Driver was scheduled to meet us at the arrivals area. Instead we received a call from the driver advising us to take the lift to the parking lot and look for him. I insisted that the driver meet us in the arrivals area as planned because I was unfamiliar with the airport and the multiple lifts near the arrivals area and the fact that many drivers for other passengers seemed to have found their way to the arrivals area.

I can understand that this would have been a disappointing experience, I do hope that it didn't cause too much inconvenience. We have investigated the matter with the driver. Due to Covid chaos at terminals, we always communicate early with the passengers, during this communication, the driver asked for the whereabouts and the lifts are actually inside the terminal, (right and left side of the costa coffee) . At the end driver performed the pickup inside the terminal and transported safely. Once again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused to you and as a gesture of good will, we would like to offer you a “free business class upgrade” once you book with us an economy class vehicle for your return to the airport. We did not get our luggage and had to wait forever to verify it wasn't coming. Then we had to fill out the forms. The driver was in communication with us the whole time and waited until we were ready to go.
